My truck is a work truck so I figured it may have been something in the map pocket causing the rattle and let it be. Then my top door panels in the rear popped off shortly after that. When I finally got around to to actually look at the problem it became pretty obvious that there were issues with the installation. First, while I paid for additional insulation in the door panels, after removing them there is only the factory moisture barrier, no additional insulation. Also, both speakers in the doors on the driver side the screws were not even tight and will not tighten. They look to be drywall screws at that. I have not checked the passenger side. I will be surprised if it not the same as the the drivers side. Very disappointed.

Both were installed by different car stereo specialist businesses, but I would experience random drops in sound and never could get consistency in my music - it became a nuisance and I was frustrated when I drove - what shoudl have been a pleasure was frustrating. I took the truck to Todd Electronic Radio and had Mike go through the installations. He found some issues with the wiring that were contributors and found that the settings on the receiver were not best and when he got everything synced - MAN what a difference! I didn't need to replace anything - I just needed it to work together (as intended). Todd only charged me for an hour of his time and I left with my stereo system completely put together right and have had no issues since then. I would completely recommend them if you have auto electronic issues. I have found no one as experienced and committed to getting things right as these folks! I brought it back, and they removed the wrap and agreed to give me store credit since I didn't want to risk the same poor result with another wrap. Fast forward--I got a new car and wanted to use the credit toward a starlight headliner. Now they're refusing to honor the store credit and are only offering a "discount" instead. That's not what was agreed upon. This shop used to be well-run, but everything went downhill after the ownership changed in December. The new owners are completely unprofessional and dishonest. They clearly don't stand by their word or their work. Do NOT spend your money here unless you're okay with it being stolen. I'm extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

Had service prior of tinting on my car and I was satisfied a year or so ago. I wanted to try again…read morebecause I bought a brand new car for my wife. I talked to the owner about getting a remote start and tinting which he was researching. They offered me a deal for $450 for the remote start and tinting on the new vehicle. Then I found out I needed a OEM part from the manufactorer which wasn't an issue. I will get VW to do it because this place refused to install it. Other places not named VW would install it though. No issues as I will pay retail at the dealership or get someone else to do it at a nominal fee. I then tried to contact them to at least to tint my wife's new car and they didn't respond. I mean just call, text or email and say we are busy or don't want to do your car but no response is just bad business. I guess it was either the bundle of remote start with their product and tint or nothing at all. Guys if you want to cherry pick your business than that is fine but as a customer we can help provide proper feedback about our experience with this company or others. I usually don't post feedbacks often that are negative but I felt this one was merited because of the lack of communication. I simply asked for a car tint and they already gave me a price to get it done. I only needed appointment to bring it in which they never gave me after a few days and multiple contacts. I will find someone that will want my business. I hope this is only a small blimp on their record and that this is an isolated incident; however, if that isn't the case it will be seen here by other potential customers as the issues will spread.
