I purchased a receiver and speakers at the west market st greensboro nc location April 5 2024. Not…read moretoo long afterwards a rattle appeared in the left front speaker. My truck is a work truck so I figured it may have been something in the map pocket causing the rattle and let it be. Then my top door panels in the rear popped off shortly after that. When I finally got around to to actually look at the problem it became pretty obvious that there were issues with the installation. First, while I paid for additional insulation in the door panels, after removing them there is only the factory moisture barrier, no additional insulation. Also, both speakers in the doors on the driver side the screws were not even tight and will not tighten. They look to be drywall screws at that. I have not checked the passenger side. I will be surprised if it not the same as the the drivers side. Very disappointed.
