The owner has a really good grasp of technology and does a great job of turning work requests around in a timely fashion. His wife has always been pleasant and, while not as technical as her husband, will admit when she does not know. It appears that most of the people, who have posted negative reviews, have a habit of critical reviews on most everything they review. All too often in life we want to criticize and fail to applaud when we receive good service. I can only compare these critical reviews with the positive reviews from other sites. Why the difference - here a 1.5 star rating while on Google there are over 260 reviews giving them a 4.3 rating - what is the difference - YELP is a site where people come to YELP and howl at the moon.
