Don't get me wrong there's definitely a place for businesses like that. You're going to probably get a more high-end professional experience, with a bit faster turnaround at one of the more corporate style PC repair places. I have been a customer with this store before the current owners acquired it - 12 years ago. I have NEVER had anything but polite and fully satisfactory service whether it is computer or post office related. The owner has a really good grasp of technology and does a great job of turning work requests around in a timely fashion. His wife has always been pleasant and, while not as technical as her husband, will admit when she does not know. It appears that most of the people, who have posted negative reviews, have a habit of critical reviews on most everything they review. All too often in life we want to criticize and fail to applaud when we receive good service. I can only compare these critical reviews with the positive reviews from other sites.
