The owner has a really good grasp of technology and does a great job of turning work requests around in a timely fashion. It appears that most of the people, who have posted negative reviews, have a habit of critical reviews on most everything they review. All too often in life we want to criticize and fail to applaud when we receive good service. I can only compare these critical reviews with the positive reviews from other sites. Why the difference - here a 1.5 star rating while on Google there are over 260 reviews giving them a 4.3 rating - what is the difference - YELP is a site where people come to YELP and howl at the moon.
