The batteries were in a very tight, difficult-to-access space, but the team was diligent, patient, and persistent--and completed the job perfectly. I was also surprised to learn that when the auxiliary battery for the stop-start system fails, it can drain the main battery as well. Before taking your vehicle to a repair shop for battery replacement, check with Batteries Plus. They didn't charge me for labor, and I saved hundreds of dollars. Excellent service, knowledgeable people, and a team that truly went the extra mile. Highly recommended!

They took more than 2 weeks, were not communicative about the delays in getting the replacement screen, and actually never resolved the underlying issue. Upon going into the business the girl that assisted me at the window was disheveled looking and you could hear the owner speaking on the phone loudly bragging rather than helping his worker. She in fact needed help because she had to step away and ask him questions multiple times. Had he taken the time to properly assist her and I maybe the issue would have been resolved. For $110 and a couple trips and calls to the "business " my daughter was handed a phone with a replacement screen that still had a black screen that would not turn on. I hate to write such a poor review on a small black business but I feel taken advantage of and will always advocate for myself. Stay away from this business!!!

The employee there who called himself "TJ" mentioned that her phone was cracked (upsell tactic) and offered to fix it. She specifically told the employee that she didn't want the back of her phone fixed, just her battery replaced. The employee took the phone and told her it would be about an hour to replace so she left and came back when it was ready. She discovered the back of the phone was replaced and the battery remained. She complained that she did not ask for this service and requested her initial service. To her dismay the employee informed her there would be an extra charge for the service of her initial request and would only offer a discount for his mistake. He admitted his mistake but still had the gall to charge her. This is unacceptable that she received and paid for a service she specifically said she did not want. She has been scammed and everyone needs to know what type of business they may deal with when going to this establishment. Be wary of their business. The person who provided the service is pictured with this review.
