The batteries were in a very tight, difficult-to-access space, but the team was diligent, patient, and persistent--and completed the job perfectly. I was also surprised to learn that when the auxiliary battery for the stop-start system fails, it can drain the main battery as well. Before taking your vehicle to a repair shop for battery replacement, check with Batteries Plus. They didn't charge me for labor, and I saved hundreds of dollars. Excellent service, knowledgeable people, and a team that truly went the extra mile. Highly recommended!

They took more than 2 weeks, were not communicative about the delays in getting the replacement screen, and actually never resolved the underlying issue. Upon going into the business the girl that assisted me at the window was disheveled looking and you could hear the owner speaking on the phone loudly bragging rather than helping his worker. She in fact needed help because she had to step away and ask him questions multiple times. Had he taken the time to properly assist her and I maybe the issue would have been resolved. For $110 and a couple trips and calls to the "business " my daughter was handed a phone with a replacement screen that still had a black screen that would not turn on. I hate to write such a poor review on a small black business but I feel taken advantage of and will always advocate for myself. Stay away from this business!!!

This place saved me hundreds of dollars and a huge hassle! I actually had never heard of them…read morebefore until my cellphone provider mentioned them to me. I was saddened to read some negative reviews as my experience was great! In 20 years of cellphone ownership, I've never lost or damaged a phone. I guess I've been lucky :-)! Well, yesterday changed that. I dropped my iPhone 11 on a busy driveway and had not known till maybe 45 minutes later. When I finally figured out I'd done this, I rushed back only to find it completely shattered! Clearly, it had been run over several times. I was so upset! It would not turn on at all, and it looked really...really bad. I took it to my cellphone provider and was told it would be about $500 to get a new one. This included the unpaid balance on my current one as I was still making monthly payments for 5 more months..Agh! They suggested CPR, and said they also use them for their own needs and they highly recommended them. They were not sure that the phone could be fixed as it looked really bad, but, it was worth a try. I rushed to CPR and met with a very nice young man named Tomalex. He looked at my very damaged phone but felt they could fix it. He also said they would not charge me at all if they couldn't fix it in the end. He said it would be $170.00 which was much less than what I would have paid previously. He also told me the store wasn't busy at that time, and they could probably have it fixed in 25 minutes! I was so happy. I returned and could hear some texts going off on my once dead phone. I was thrilled! He let me know that they were almost finished with it (and within the time he stated previously too). In minutes he was handing me my beautiful phone...looking perfect...and working!! Just look at the before/after pictures I posted and you will see for yourself. It looked even worse in person, but this place fixed it right up! Tomalex even texted me later to check on my phone and to let me know I can contact him should the phone have any issue at all. Wow! it's been almost 24 hours and all is working great with no issues at all. I highly recommend them and will always use them (but hopefully won't need to). 5 stars all the way!
