We can't say enough about our positive experience. Just a little bit of Will and Hope is all we…read moreneeded to get my new phone working. We came here because it is a corporate owned store. Background: I received a notification that Verizon would provide me with a special promotion, upgrade my 3 year old Samsung to a brand new one. The deal was pretty significant even though I was still happy with my phone. It was a deal we could not pass up. I called to inquire about the promotion and ended up finalizing over the phone. Verizon would send the phone to the location of our choice which was in Greensboro because it was very close to my wife's work. She picked it up on her way home. On to the story: Because I wanted to make sure the transition was handled completely, we made an appointment (realizing there would be a cost) to get everything transferred and set up at the Verizon location in Clemmons. Carlos was who we met with at 1pm on a Saturday. He was able to transfer all my information from the old phone to the new phone but he was not able to get it activated. He suggested we call Verizon customer service. We called Verizon customer service and they were not able to activate my new phone and suggested we visit a corporate store location. We were told the store near Hanes mall is a corporate location but the one in Clemmons is a franchise. We drove to the Verizon location near Hanes mall. Will the Manager greeted us and asked us to have a seat until a specialist was available. A short while later, Hope was the next specialist available and asked us to join her as she found out more about our problem. Will came back, conversed with Hope. They were able to address the issues online with Verizon and activated the new phone. A special shout out to both Will and Hope. We hope that everyone has a lot of Will and Hope in their lives because that is just what we needed.

Buyer beware of this store!…read more I've been a Verizon customer in some form since Bell Atlantic and found their technology and support excellent. I currently am a biz customer with 6 lines. I've moved to competing carrier. In February 2026 this store sold me two phones on a promotion. My company bill jumped from 230$ to over $650. My biz account rep admitted the store was trying to fool Verizon corporate into adding lines and then deleting them without their knowledge thus giving their customers the benefit. "But we were caught" My biz rep and his boss have since ghosted me. Their online service is excellent but takes many hours and month to resolve the issue. One of my financed phone (now paid off) is locked for 60 days based on a silly Verizon transfer policy. The store will not handle "business issues". My working theory is this has happened to many customers and they don't know what to do My employees are ok in the porting but I'm working off a used iPhone 13 until Verizon keeps their promise and does the unlock on my phone.

if your wifi never has a problem spectrum is fine…read more If you never have to go thru their totally useless chat feature or automated phone assistance, Spectrum is fine. If however you need to talk to a person, then Spectrum will demonstrate how very little they care about customers. Except of course new ones. Spectrum has employees to sell their service. Just not for existing customers.

We were looking at being new customers, but we had some tricky issues to discuss with regards to our phones. Our salesman Donovan was trying to be very helpful, in spite of the manager D***te, being loud, and singing (yes singing) while seated adjacent to the desk our salesman was at. I stated once, that we couldn't hear what the salesman was saying, and he was "playing and having a good time" (his words), ignored and had to raise my voice a second time and tell him and the woman employee next to him, that we can't hear. Oh he took offense immediately, told me to be professional (isn't that rich) and nice. I'm in there to do or not do business, not waste time. He, the manager couldn't care less. He got mad when I said I was finished arguing with him and he said he needed to go in the back, so he " wouldn't say something he shouldn't ", but instead he stayed on the floor and continued to sing and be loud. For no other reason but just to bother us. I'm not sure what he was trying to prove, except being a terrible example of how a manager should act. Don't waste your time there if you're trying to figure out a good deal. Might be better off calling their call center and speaking to a professional. I'm sorry I have to leave even one star. We are trying to bundle three phone lines, tv, and internet.
