This location is an absolute favorite for me because of several reasons: the staff, always friendly, knowledgeable and greets you immediately when you come..the store itself, modern, open and airy look and design without clutter or overstuffed with displays to make it easier to navigate... The product selection is kept well in stock and also many displays to interact with devices without waiting behind many clients, but they're in the walls so they don't take up floor space! The staff answers questions in a user-friendly lingo so for someone no tech-savvy, it's easy to grasp, but also their knowledge truly shows because they assist you quickly and even check out with an iPad vs register to make it more personal and also unnecessary lines! I had a representative, Andres, today and he helped me find the phone case I've been searching for daily for 3 weeks, yet no one had them. It's the iPhone 6plus leather case. I was in and out as well as happy in 10 minutes! read more

Employees multitasking way too much. We had to go down the road to pick up the phone from another store bring it back and having to wait it seems like a long time just for the transfer to go through. Employee was doing much multitasking selling others phones. otherwise, the guy seems like a nice guy. So far have waited 1 hour for transfer progress. We have been here over 2 hours so far. read more

Only 2 people waiting on 8 customers. Sales people were rude and discourteous. Carrying on personal conversations with customers, one taking 40 minutes to ask "what's your favorite restaurant, movie?", discussing irrelevant non-business related questions and other time consuming conversations, while the rest of us waited politely. When I mentioned this to the manager, he immediately began defending the employee rather than listening to me. Great Service! We're going to terminate our family plan after so many years of loyalty to AT&T. It's time to go with another carrier. GOODBYE read more

My experience working at AT&T was very horrendous. working with Linnette, all she did was lie, and discriminate towards my fellow, coworkers, Gender/ sexual orientations she also made it very difficult for me to work there because I was having her reported for lying about my pay. I reported this issue to HR, Elton, and the District Manager and nothing was documented or done about this situation. Because of this situation I was left feeling sad and disappointed and was told by other employees that can testify on my behalf that Linnette and the District Manager were going to get rid of me because I was making a big deal about me wanting the $15 that they promised me. read more

If you're looking to speak/needing service help from a customer representative DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE! Our situation: We bought couple iPhone 15s in AZ and since they cannot add the phone line to my daughter who lives in NC. We went in with the cell phone to make the changes, and we bought another iPhone 15. Supposed to be simple but no! The service: we told the manager... I'm assuming she's the manager, because she kept leaving us to have the other sales person help us. Anyways we told her our situation, so she told us oh my sales reps will be with you shortly. Well they were taking longer than normal, so she came back to us to get it going. Once she was with us she sold us another iPhone (which isn't the issue). The issue was we seem like the support/service we needed it was beneath her. As we were transferring the iPhone the manager left us (again) to hand us over to another sales representative. The guy, who she left us with, just didn't want to be there... he kept saying is it time to clock out. Then when he was starting the phone transfer, he messed up the SIMPLE steps to follow the directions. So when he Fu**-up he told us to go to BestBuy and have someone take a look at it! His incompetence was the worst! Luckily we've done the transfers on our own from a couple of days ago when we were in AZ. we were able to get it done. If I could I'd rate them 0! read more

Didn't want to attend us because we were Hispanic . didn't even try to talk to us and they would go to other people coming instead.

I have visited this store numerous times in hopes to get help with my bill. First of all let me say that the lady that helped me, Andrea is an angel! She was so patient and kind. I really appreciate her help. The manager , Dwayne contacted me via phone with big promises to assist me with figuring out my bill. He even gave me his cell phone number and told me I could contact him if I needed to. Every time I tried to reach out after that, I was given the run around. He never got back with me and I did not receive the help from him that I was promised. I also gave this matter a whole month before leaving this review because I was trying to be patient. However, the issue was not resolved and I keep getting overcharged on my bill. The worst ever, especially during a pandemic, but I guess he didn't care that much. I usually don't even leave reviews, but this experience was just horrible. read more

My husband & I got a new phone today via AT&T & we worked with Madison. He was thorough, very helpful, & an all around nice guy. We"ll be asking for him when we return. read more

Today my wife came to the store to have a new screen protector placed on her phone. The sales associate (Paul T) was assisting her. She asked if Paul would put the protector on her phone. He said no! My wife informed Paul that she is blind in her left eye and could not put the protector on. Paul then stated that he was blind in both eyes and laughed. My wife just looked at him in disbelief. This is so disrespectful and unprofessional for Paul to make fun of her disability. She felt disrespected and intimidated by this large black man. WTF? read more

Past experiences here have been very good--I have purchased about a dozen phones from this store and have always been pleased with the service. Unfortunately, today was different. The salesperson did not seem well versed in iCloud dynamics and did not handle the iCloud account properly. Moreover, he did not switch the old SIM card or activate the new one. Nor did he tell me that this had to be done. In fact, he said "once the new phone is done updating, you are good to go". This turned out to be false, for I got home with this $1000 device only to discover that it was not working properly. So I spent 25 minutes on the phone with an AT&T representative who talked me through all the steps that should have been done in the store. She was great. But she shouldn't have had to fix this. read more

Very disappointed at the customer service at this at&t store. The sales representative was good but as you walk in the door the assistant manager takes your name and you stand in line. The assistant manager is rude and I waited in line for 2 hours for a ten minute fix. The assistant manager should have been able to fix the issue as I walked in the door. read more

What you hear, isn't what u always get at this store! Was lied to and sold a story from the begin...they are "great sales" people BUT horrible customer care! Seems like they r in it for the up-sale and deceiving those less knowledgeable about the smart phone world! The guy was more worried about his double parked hot rod then he was with telling me the truth about all the fees and equipment charges! Horrible experience which left me returning equipment, spending hours on the phone for refunds, a bill much higher than quoted and wishing I had went with another company like suggested by so many friends! Buyers remorse and company remorse, now stuck paying for an expensive phone and a 30-50 per month more than quoted bill! JD you got the wrong company for #1 in customer service! Hugely disappointed... Trust NO one at this store! read more

After I went to this AT&T store, I will never ever go to another store, the people there are so awesome. If you live in Winston Salem, go to this AT&T store, don't go to any other store. They are very professional, answers all your questions, patient, funny and a great bunch of people to be around. If I could give them more stars I would. read more

The representatives never pick up the phone when calling in, and when you go into the store itself, they lie about what plans are available so they can push more expensive plans onto you, even when you quote their own website policy and plan availability to them. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

We stopped by today to talk about upgrading our grandson's phone, and transferring data. We were pleased to see Madison, the same rep we talked to 2 years ago when we did the same thing. He is such a nice guy! We love working with him, and we've literally saved money both times because he makes sure we know about any new deals going on. read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I Will never shop here again! The staff are incompetent and constantly try to up sell you. In fact they even add things to your plan without telling you and have no technical experience with the equipment. I recently bought a phone expecting that they would transfer all my information to my new phone. I now found out they didn't do it properly and I lost all my new contacts, files etc! They are constantly changing staff and have no customer loyalty. AT&T should either shut them down or take them over and run it properly read more
