In November 2025, the computer suddenly shut off and the screen went black despite the laptop not being dropped, damaged, or mishandled in any way. It had mostly been sitting untouched. When I contacted the store, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, I was told that "MacBook cases can sometimes cause screen damage," which makes absolutely no sense considering the circumstances. For the amount of money they charge, customers should expect genuine parts, quality repairs, and accountability when something goes wrong. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I feel misled about the quality of the repair I paid for.

At one point, he even told me not to bother calling the corporate office because "they wouldn't do anything either." That level of arrogance and complete disregard for accountability was absolutely unacceptable. I came in ready to not only resolve the battery issue but to purchase another for a new key. I was willing to continue doing business here despite the inconvenience--but after how I was treated, I wouldn't spend another dime with this company. As a long-time customer, I was shocked at the blatant disrespect, lack of professionalism, and refusal to take responsibility. It's clear customer loyalty means nothing here. Parking can get a bit hairy at times but I'm normally always in and out so I can just pull in front of the store for a quick drop off. I love that their self kiosk is always working so if you're doing Amazon returns or just dropping off pre labeled packages, you can skip the line and move on with your day. I've never used it but they do have the mailboxes if you're in need.

While I was waiting in line to be helped, the person he was working with expressed that she did not expect her shipping cost to be so high and asked if there were less expensive options. His response was, "We're not the post office". She decided to go somewhere else. When it was my turn, he barely acknowledged me and only said in a harsh tone, "put it on the scale". My transaction was a simple drop-off so I just let it go and left, but I left annoyed and unsatisfied with the service I received. This is the second time I have witnessed this person act this way toward a customer, so I don't think is an isolated incident. I will no longer go to this store and I will also think twice before using UPS for my shipping needs. I'm sure there will be the standard response to this post from UPS stating that this is concerning and that they will endeavor to improve. In the end, I know that this will go nowhere with management and higher-ups who simply do not want to deal with issues like this, and really don't need to because they already have more business than they need.

She was a perfect employee. She was absolutely hospitable, helpful, kind. I live in Connecticut, but was going to fly into Greensboro to stay with my sister for a period of time. I literally called this FedEx store ahead of time to get some thing printed before I flew into town... I called up the FedEx store, spoke to Isis, she was able to help me with everything right away. Completely knowledgeable. Completely kind, helpful. She took customer service to the next level. She was the best. When I flew into town, I called and emailed to connect about everything... They say it's all set. So then I show up at the time they say everything is ready... Everything is printed, completely beautifully!!! I had brought in a poster frame to put in the printed poster that they printed... It all fit perfectly beautifully... Everyone at this location was totally supportive, kind, professional... It was really great to work with all of them. Everything went completely smoothly from start to finish! They are a really great team. As well, while it's a bit pricey, the quality of the print--an 24 x 36 -- is SUBURB. Pricey, but, worth it. And Isis is GREAT.

The gentleman at the desk said in a brusk tone, "You gotta a label?". No hello, no nothing. I replied by saying that he could be nice about it, and he just grunted (really). The Assistant Manager, Kory, came up, stared at me, and then said something to the effect that they are working on improving (paraphrasing). Kory said this with such emptiness and lack of sincerity that I responded with, "no, you won't". Kory's response was to say that "At this point I don't care what happens". It went downhill from there. I like to believe that all of the people working there today, including Kory, are better than this. It never hurts to be courteous and simply nice. Anyway, hopefully, you all will have a better experience. For what it's worth, I will not use Fedex again if at all possible.
