They took more than 2 weeks, were not communicative about the delays in getting the replacement screen, and actually never resolved the underlying issue. Upon going into the business the girl that assisted me at the window was disheveled looking and you could hear the owner speaking on the phone loudly bragging rather than helping his worker. She in fact needed help because she had to step away and ask him questions multiple times. Had he taken the time to properly assist her and I maybe the issue would have been resolved. For $110 and a couple trips and calls to the "business " my daughter was handed a phone with a replacement screen that still had a black screen that would not turn on. I hate to write such a poor review on a small black business but I feel taken advantage of and will always advocate for myself. Stay away from this business!!!

The screen on my Samsung phone had a green line through it. I googled it and found I would need a…read morenew screen. I checked for phone repair shops in the Winston-Salem area and chose Green Wireless because of their high ratings and positive comments. The replacement screen had to be ordered for my older Samsung. It arrived the next day and was replaced while I waited. It worked fine at first, but then, little by little throughout the week became less and less responsive. I brought it back and Sam apologized and said occasionally the manufacturer may have a defective screen, but it is rare. He still had my previous screen so he switched out the screens until the replacement was shipped. The replacement arrived promptly and Sam replaced it with the new screen while I waited. That screen has worked perfectly. That was about a month ago and the screen has been performing perfectly. Sam was polite, accomodating and very supportive throughout. I am very satisfied with the service and the quality of the product and will recommend Green Wireless to my friends.

The employee there who called himself "TJ" mentioned that her phone was cracked (upsell tactic) and offered to fix it. She specifically told the employee that she didn't want the back of her phone fixed, just her battery replaced. The employee took the phone and told her it would be about an hour to replace so she left and came back when it was ready. She discovered the back of the phone was replaced and the battery remained. She complained that she did not ask for this service and requested her initial service. To her dismay the employee informed her there would be an extra charge for the service of her initial request and would only offer a discount for his mistake. He admitted his mistake but still had the gall to charge her. This is unacceptable that she received and paid for a service she specifically said she did not want. She has been scammed and everyone needs to know what type of business they may deal with when going to this establishment. Be wary of their business.
