I am a Senior citizen and cannot afford the price to replace a Mac . When I picked it up, they assured me it would be readable by a PC. I tried, my husband tried. Would not open. Went back, as they had told me they would help if I had trouble. Turns out they formatted the hard drive incorrectly, so it could not be read by PC. They charged me $64 to correct their mistake. Business was slow so I guess I got lucky, but he didn't have to put that much effort into helping me, yet he did anyways. Thanks to his help, I was able to narrow the issue down to corrupted drivers, and I met my render deadline in time (practically saved my job). He was kind, genuinely interested in the problem at hand, and did everything he was able to do. I did end up getting a few display port cables, but thanks to his expertise and problem solving skills, I was able to avoid the more expensive troubleshooting options (replacing entire components on my work system). Without his help, I would have missed my deadline, potentially lost my job, and spent several thousand dollars replacing parts that didn't need replacing. Again, I never leave reviews. But in a world of corporations who put the customer last, a small business that puts the customer first deserves every bit of recognition. Please give them your business, I don't want to have to go somewhere else the next time an issue pops up. Thank you Andrew, you rock!

I checked for phone repair shops in the Winston-Salem area and chose Green Wireless because of their high ratings and positive comments. The replacement screen had to be ordered for my older Samsung. It arrived the next day and was replaced while I waited. It worked fine at first, but then, little by little throughout the week became less and less responsive. I brought it back and Sam apologized and said occasionally the manufacturer may have a defective screen, but it is rare. He still had my previous screen so he switched out the screens until the replacement was shipped. The replacement arrived promptly and Sam replaced it with the new screen while I waited. That screen has worked perfectly. That was about a month ago and the screen has been performing perfectly. Sam was polite, accomodating and very supportive throughout. I am very satisfied with the service and the quality of the product and will recommend Green Wireless to my friends.
