Full disclosure: I think Yelp is crap and cellular service is joke.... But then there is is this place!! Kablam! Seth and his assistant Scott have Come through time and time again!! Case #1) thought my screen was broken. Took it to Seth who reminded me that he had sold my the tempered glass cover instead of the typical crappy plastic cover.... He skillfully peeled it back and Viola! No crack in the screen! But wait!! There's more!! The replacement was free!! Case #2) looking for a surprise gift for my wife.. Shazam!! Wireless iPad for Lindsay!! All I have to do is swing by and pick up... It's free until next month! ;) Case #3) IPhone 6 glitches out.... While we're waiting he updates the software and explains that all the hype over not updating your software is bullsnikey! Hats off to cellular sales! Avoid dealing with Ben Rushing at this location. His behavior during my visit was highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. His mistreatment of customers and toxic attitude makes for a terrible experience--even other employees have noted his poor conduct. I have already escalated this matter directly to Cellular Sales corporate, but I strongly advise local customers to ask for a different representative if you visit this store. This store is not helpful at all when it comes to warranty exchanges. My Face ID stopped working and all they told me was I had to call 3 different phone numbers and they could maybe fix it. Or our other option was going to the Apple Store 30 minutes away and they could maybe fix it. This Verizon store was no help when we asked to use my warranty on this iPhone. The associates were absolute assholes and were extremely rude when we were asking for advice when that's their job to help people with what to do. I do not recommend going to this store because the sales reps were rude and ignorant. read more

No problems with getting a new phone to replace my broken one! Customer service was fine! I did however get pressured into buying a phone case, was told it would be pretty much the same prices as you'd pay anywhere. But ended up finding the same case I paid $40 for for $12 at Walmart read more

I walked into kernersville to get a battery for my phone after visiting the corporate store on university. Adam opened the door for me, brought me over to his desk and they looked at my account . They can up with a way for me and my wife to get new phones a better plan without raising the bill . The service was night and day . Highly recommend Adam and the kernersville staff. read more

Blake was very helpful in giving my husband enough information about several different Android phones, and deals that he could upgrade to. We were very happy with his knowledge of the phones, and super happy about the deal that would save us money on our monthly bill, even if we had to spend a little up front to save in the long run! Unreal. I went to this place in October, to take advantage of there trade up deal for the new iPhone 13. I traded in 2 phones. the lady "forgot" to put in the promotion and it took 3 months of haggling to get them to put the promotion, refund my money and fix my bill. Also, the day I went to pick my phone up...she texted me and said "hi your phones are in, I've already opened them and put screen protectors on them" so I show up... get the phones. Then I leave only to realize she charged me 50$ a piece for a screen protector... that I DIDNT ask for. I'll never return to this store except to return said screen protectors because I Called and she said come bring the screen protectors back and I'll refund you.... like what?! So come back there and give you back something that cannot be reused?? After speaking with an actual Verizon rep over the phone she told me to go to an actual Verizon store next time and to never deal with places like this because of things like this. They're scammers and only care about making a commission. read more

Haven't really had much luck with this particular store ever fixing our issues. In fact, they really dropped the ball on an insurance claim we made on my fiance's phone when it was dropped and the screen cracked. Can't remember his name, but he seemed to forget to work on our case, which prolonged my fiance from getting his replacement phone. He would say one thing, do another, and never seemed to have any answers. Every other time I came here they were never able to help. I have to say I've had better service from other Verizon stores. read more

No longer a Verizon customer because of this store. I had a Motorola phone that would suddenly be static-y in the middle of a phone call. Kept getting the same problem with each exchanged phone. Eventually they told me they can't fix the problem nor can they give me another phone so I was forced to pay for another phone that was severely used because I could not afford another new phone. After three months I had the same problem with a different phone. I eventually was offered a nicer phone but the sales rep made me meet him at the bar in the next shopping center over. Professional? The only reason I gave it one star was because I couldn't type a review without clicking on a star. This place has the worst customer service ever. Rasheen at the store refuse to sell my daughter a cell phone because he didn't want it to be possibly restock. I assume this center works off commission for him to refuse her a phone that I told him I would pay all fees associated with it. He sent my daughter away from the store without any phone service. Without her GPS, she was lost trying to return to college. Spoke with District Manager, Nathan and he agreed with rasheen that he had the right to refuse her a phone. Nathan did offer a loaner phone but how was she suppose to find her way back to the store and how was I to get in touch with her without phone service. I know that NO ONE likes going into the Verizon (or any other cell phone store), because you know you are going to be there forever, and they are going to try and sell you stuff you don't want or need. Not here. Seriously, this is the only Verizon store I will be going to from now on. My sales rep was so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful...he even helped me days AFTER the sale. Went above and beyond. He called tech support for me, and had them call me immediately with an issue that we couldn't figure out. I'm not supposed to mention names, but my rep was Steve! I went to this store to buy a glass break protector for my new iphone 7 plus which is through my employer. I told them that I wanted to have it charged to our business account and we should get 15% off and he said that he could no longer charge it to my account by I would get the 15% off. So, I just paid with my credit card and found out later that I didn't receive the 15% off the item and the reason he couldn't charge it to my account is that they are not even a REAL Verizon store. The guy in the store lied right to my face intentionally to sell a $42 product. read more

Never had a problem until I got my LG G2 phone. I have been sent 4 replacements after the first one I had, had pixels out. Many problems followed with each phone, and I am on my fourth or fifth phone. They and corporate say they won't send me a NEW phone, just a refurbished(Which has been only giving me problems!). Then today Josh was VERY rude and sarcastic, rolling his eyes and being immature. Seriously considering switching my provider! This is ridiculous! Help and take care of your customers, that's all I want! To be taken care of. A refurbished phone, which always caused a problem for me, will not cut it! Avoid this store at all costs. read more

By far the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. This place has no customer service skills what so ever! They will sell you on a promotion and then once you are billed for your new phone they will go back on their word which screws you over with a higher phone bill then you expected. Not only did they loose my phone that I traded in but proceeded to lie about its where abouts which only effected me with a fee for their mistake! Once the phone was finally sent in after the fact I had to call them countless times - it was sent in incorrectly- which once again screwed up my payment plan. The manager is no help what so ever. Only trying to save himself in a situation when his store is selling customers on false information. Even the corporate customer service reps couldn't stand being on the phone with him. I'm honestly surprised this place is still even open considering I had to deal with this situation for over 2 MONTHS! The fact that Verizon authorizes a store like this to operate but then only has so much control over what they do makes no sense to me. Pathetic... I've been a Verizon customer for almost 10 years and currently looking into other providers after this mess. Save yourself and go to a CORPORATE Verizon store. read more
