Then she throws a UPS store card at me and says I can leave my review there. There are many struggling, capable people who would love to have the job that she apparently hates. I am very hopeful that UPS would rather have a pleasant, customer-oriented person representing their company instead of this miserable, bad-mannered, impolite individual. Common courtesy isn't hard. I will not use this location again and also will avoid UPS when possible.

I literally called this FedEx store ahead of time to get some thing printed before I flew into town... I called up the FedEx store, spoke to Isis, she was able to help me with everything right away. Completely knowledgeable. Completely kind, helpful. She took customer service to the next level. She was the best. When I flew into town, I called and emailed to connect about everything... They say it's all set. So then I show up at the time they say everything is ready... Everything is printed, completely beautifully!!! I had brought in a poster frame to put in the printed poster that they printed... It all fit perfectly beautifully... Everyone at this location was totally supportive, kind, professional... It was really great to work with all of them. Everything went completely smoothly from start to finish! They are a really great team. As well, while it's a bit pricey, the quality of the print--an 24 x 36 -- is SUBURB. Pricey, but, worth it. And Isis is GREAT.

Kory said this with such emptiness and lack of sincerity that I responded with, "no, you won't". Kory's response was to say that "At this point I don't care what happens". It went downhill from there. I like to believe that all of the people working there today, including Kory, are better than this. It never hurts to be courteous and simply nice. Anyway, hopefully, you all will have a better experience. For what it's worth, I will not use Fedex again if at all possible.

I would highly recommend you DO NOT go here but I understand everyone's experience will be different. First , I waited 15-20 minutes or be greeted then another 15-20 to be helped. While the guy was nice he was not sure what to do. I did over heard after the fact that he is new. He was in the phone with someone trying to fix a printer instead of taking care of us in person. When I did get to the counter he had great customer service but was clearly overwhelmed. I was the second customer. I had Avery labels (200) which for a small business is a lot. We did a test print and the print came out great. We printed the rest. As they're printing he charges me. After the fourth page the ink starts to go out which I will insert photos. 160 stickers / 16 pages of labels are ruined. I show them he apologizes and tells me I will be refunded for the print and merchandise. He takes my information and says he'll get back he doesn't know how to refund it he's new. I get an email the next date saying it is an assumed risk using my own paper I can come back and pay to have them repented again. No apology no solution just come back reprint and they might get it right this time. Assumed risk is not your printer spewing ink improperly and running my prints. I learned my lesson and will never go back and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go here either you will have a long wait and if they mess up they will just throw it on you and ask you to pay more. That's bad business in my book. I went to Office Depot with the same files and printed 200+ more stickers and they were perfect. (I'll do a separate review)

It should have never been left. But... that is an ordeal for a different review at a different time. Lowe's finally decided to use a different carrier to ship me the replacement, and that was Estes, which I don't usually associate with a home delivery. I received tracking and updates just like I would a typical parcel carrier, it got to me when they said it would, and even thought I wasn't home, was left for me. The delivery was in perfect condition, left on a brand new pallet in my driveway, wrapped in plastic wrap to protect it, and the box looks like it was handled with white gloves even though it weighs about 140lbs. A huge difference from whatever happened before... and now I also have a brand new pallet! Haha. Thanks Estes.

Parking can get a bit hairy at times but I'm normally always in and out so I can just pull in front of the store for a quick drop off. I love that their self kiosk is always working so if you're doing Amazon returns or just dropping off pre labeled packages, you can skip the line and move on with your day. I've never used it but they do have the mailboxes if you're in need.

With all the noise and craziness of the holiday season, Cordella was polite and smiled at each customer she encountered. She was a shining example of what customer service should be. I have visited other UPS stores in the area and have been greeted by some pretty miserable humans. Not this one.
