I frequent this location for shipments and returns. Today was NOT my first encounter with this…read moreemployee. There was a person in front of me who was helped and left. I was the only person in the store. She chose to label other packages in the store instead of assisting me. When questioned, she said the boxes were there first. After 10 minutes of waiting, she has me move to another register. I was trying to see her name plate and she turns it towards me and says "can you see it?!" She was rude throughout my transactions. Then she throws a UPS store card at me and says I can leave my review there. There are many struggling, capable people who would love to have the job that she apparently hates. I am very hopeful that UPS would rather have a pleasant, customer-oriented person representing their company instead of this miserable, bad-mannered, impolite individual. Common courtesy isn't hard. I will not use this location again and also will avoid UPS when possible.

If you don't like it call the owner". I only wish I had asked for his/her number, but I was too busy getting out of there. I dislike masks too, but if they won't hurt me and healthcare workers are begging me to wear them to try and protect people, I care enough about my neighbors to wear it. Guess UPS staff does not. Interesting that she has his rude attitude and just a few months ago there was a sign on the door mandating patrons wear a mask....

It offers mailing, and some printing services, as well as Amazon package drop-off (which means it sees a lot of foot traffic throughout the day). Although the store is very busy, the employees keep everything running smoothly for the most part. The store is always clean and organized, and the staff is friendly. My only "gripe" is that the reception for mobile and WiFi service in the building is horrible, so when going to pull up an Amazon code for a return, it is often difficult. Although the store has guest WiFi for customers, no one seems to know how to access it. The manager has made it a habit to tell people to go to the cafe next door and purchase something to use their customer WiFi. This is instead of researching what the UPS WiFi password is. I found that inconvenience a bit off-putting, so I don't frequent this location like I used to. Thankfully, Amazon has added a new feature that allows me to add my product return labels to my Apple Wallet before going in, so I no longer need the WiFi, but still. Customers should be directed to leave your store and go to another store and spend money, just to use your services. That's weird. I appreciate the convenience and the fast, friendly service, but the value is a bit questionable at this location for me. Especially when one has to spend additional money just to return a package for free. I recommend you visit at your own risk. :)

I had a really unpleasant and disappointing interaction today with one of the employees at this…read morelocation. In short, he was rude and unhelpful. While I was waiting in line to be helped, the person he was working with expressed that she did not expect her shipping cost to be so high and asked if there were less expensive options. His response was, "We're not the post office". She decided to go somewhere else. When it was my turn, he barely acknowledged me and only said in a harsh tone, "put it on the scale". My transaction was a simple drop-off so I just let it go and left, but I left annoyed and unsatisfied with the service I received. This is the second time I have witnessed this person act this way toward a customer, so I don't think is an isolated incident. I will no longer go to this store and I will also think twice before using UPS for my shipping needs. I'm sure there will be the standard response to this post from UPS stating that this is concerning and that they will endeavor to improve. In the end, I know that this will go nowhere with management and higher-ups who simply do not want to deal with issues like this, and really don't need to because they already have more business than they need.
