    This has long been my go to spot for shipping returns back to Amazon. The location is convenient…read moreto my home, usually easy to get in and out quickly, and customer service was usually very good. Unfortunately, I had a pretty bad/questionable experience on a recent return drop off. I arrived, and there was no one behind the counter that I could see. What I did see though, was a mountain of returns behind the counter. Eventually, after a few minutes, someone came meandering out from the back. I jokinginly said to the guy "it looks like you've been busy with returns", which he aknowledged, and told me their system has been down, so the returns have been piling up until it's back online. I asked how long it had been, and he wasn't sure, could only tell me a several days....there must have been over 100 packages piled up waiting to go back to Amazon. Not really knowing what he meant by the "system is down", I asked if I should take my package elsewhere. He said, no, he could provide a receipt, and it would get there "eventually". I let him scan my package, and he provided me a receipt, a receipt, which litterally had no information on it. It litterlally listed the nubmer of packages as 0, weight N/A, no description, no information about what I was returning at all. I asked him about this, and he said that's standard, that's how the receipt always looks. I left, got out to the car and looked at the receipt a little more, and noticed, it literally says "This receipt lists each package received by the UPS Store", which it clearly did not. I went back in, and again had to wait for the guy doing god knows what in the back. It was only minutes later, and he had no idea who I was, clearly stoned out of his mind. I asked for my package back, which as on the top of the pile, yet it took me having to point and guide him with "hot/cold" to get it back. I'm not sure what's going on in this store, and their "system being down", I sure hope everyone that left their packages there got a refund, but I wasn't willing to take that gamble. Do better guys!

    Do NOT ship from here unless you are prepared to read EVERY tiny detail on their point of sale …read more.. their cashiers are honestly amazing!!! BUT HUMAN! Made an error... ultimately cost me $106 in shipping and $250 in goods! I went into the store... the staff owned their mistake... management (Matt) said because I signed the little kiosk (I did... but because like all of us.. believed it said what we spoke about and what I paid for).. he said .. basically .. "sucks to be you! You shoulda read the fine print". I will NEVER step foot in this store again... EVER!

    Ugh, I'm so mad at *myself*, because I meant to do "the survey for Fedex" in, you know, the time…read morethat you're supposed to do these things... But life gets away from you, and you don't do that... So that survey expired. I hope FedEx reads this... Bottom Line: Isis is a *great* employee!!!!! At any rate, Isis at this Fedex, was a dream. She was a perfect employee. She was absolutely hospitable, helpful, kind. I live in Connecticut, but was going to fly into Greensboro to stay with my sister for a period of time. I literally called this FedEx store ahead of time to get some thing printed before I flew into town... I called up the FedEx store, spoke to Isis, she was able to help me with everything right away. Completely knowledgeable. Completely kind, helpful. She took customer service to the next level. She was the best. When I flew into town, I called and emailed to connect about everything... They say it's all set. So then I show up at the time they say everything is ready... Everything is printed, completely beautifully!!! I had brought in a poster frame to put in the printed poster that they printed... It all fit perfectly beautifully... Everyone at this location was totally supportive, kind, professional... It was really great to work with all of them. Everything went completely smoothly from start to finish! They are a really great team. As well, while it's a bit pricey, the quality of the print--an 24 x 36 -- is SUBURB. Pricey, but, worth it. And Isis is GREAT.

    This store is garbage. Their fax machine has been 'down' for a week... even though I called to ask…read morethem what their fax number was, they failed to mention they couldn't receive any. WOWZERS Also, 4 people in line, and ONE out of 4 employees helping customers. Here's a picture is the 'Assistant Manager' putting prices on merchandise instead of helping the 4 people waiting
