This service provider is WONDERFUL! I initially called another provider, as I was unfamiliar with this service provider, and I was dismally disappointed. As such, I looked further and encountered "Bin There, Dump That." I called, and I actually got someone to speak with about the project I was embarking on (specifically cleaning out my garage and house for a move). The young lady was very courteous, attentive, patient, and assisted me in making an informed decision about the bin size that would best align with the project I was about to undertake. She did not try to sell me something that I did not need. In fact, she patiently assisted me in selecting the "right" size. I was worried that the bin would not be delivered soon enough to start my job. However, the young lady I spoke with told me it would be there the following morning. She asked me what time worked best, and I told her earlier was better. The bin arrived at 6:00 in the morning the following day.
Moving is stressful, and I love how quickly this service provider was able to provide the "right-size" bin for the job I have. When a business says that they will be there at a certain time, and they deliver, I feel a sense of trust and confidence in using the service provider again--"Bin There, Dump That," is such a service provider.
Unlike the one that I called initially, where a person asked me too many questions, and then told me" "We don't have any bins or receptacles available. And, we don't know when any are returning," this service provider had the necessary item, and was able to expeditiously get the bin to me.
I have scheduled the bin to be picked up tomorrow, and I am confident that it will be picked up before noon. If you are moving, and need a bin to accommodate your home purge, turn to "Bin There, Dump That." You are in good hands! We got the 10", and it met our needs. We really like how the bins have little groves and rods that jut out, such that you can stand up on it and drop things in. In addition, the bin also opens from the side (French doors) if you have something that needs to be eased in gently. You don't have to heave heavy sacks up and over, you can literally walk into the bin. Lastly--we have a paver driveway. We really appreciate how "Bin There, Dump That" put supports beneath the bin. Very considerate! read more
