I just moved to Winston and needed a dress dry cleaned to wear going out one night. Had no clue…read morewhere to go so I read reviews on this place and decided to take a chance with my dress and a couple T-shirt's with stains and some ugh boots cleaned. Idk about the other locations, but the one on South main is the worst!!!! I wish I could give this place NO stars. I picked up my dress the day I was gonna wear it out, got home and got ready to put it on when I noticed a NEW stain on the dress!! I was so angry because it was so noticeable and I couldn't get it out when I had planned on that dress and a fun night when I had to scramble to find a plan B. I decided to just take it elsewhere to be cleaned. They called me a week later to lmk that my ugh boots were ready, (they charge $30 to clean them) ummmm, it didn't even look like they touched them! I said something about it and they said they didn't want to go too far down in the suede so that's all they could do. I didn't accept that and gave them the ok to try again because I wasn't going to pay that much for nothing. So then a couple weeks later when I open the bag of my clothes to wear one of the shirts, it STILL had the red stains on them! I took them back to complain and the lady just kept saying it wasn't her fault, that she just worked behind the counter. Ok, idc who's fault it is, let's make it right. I mean c'mon, so she said she'd get it taken care of. Came back when they called (uggs we're fine) but the stains on the yellow shirts have bleached out marks from them attempting to get the red out. I brought this to their attention and all they said was that red was the hardest to come out and that's why they didn't want to bleach it out the first time. Ok, soooooo, you weren't gonna tell me that?? I never got compensated for any of this which was all close to $100. Worst customer service, cleaners ever!!!! I will never go back. Dont spend/lose your money at this terrible place.

This place should not be in business!…read more I have been using this as my drycleaner for several years because it was convenient to get to. I don't use a dry cleaner much because I only dress up every so often. Some of my clothes are pretty expensive though. The fact that I've been going here for years is important because of the utter disregard for a loyal customer. If I could give a half-star, I would. I brought an expensive shirt to this dry cleaner, and it was returned completely ruined. Despite the damage, I was still charged ($2.50 *principal* )for the cleaning--an unprofessional move that adds insult to injury. I was told the color bleeding was due to the shirt's design, but I've had this same shirt cleaned before elsewhere without any issues. There was no stain or bleeding on the shirt when I brought it in. When I picked up the shirtThey attached a tag claiming the stain couldn't be avoided, but I disagree. The care label clearly states it can be dry cleaned, which is exactly why I brought it in. This experience was scathing from start to finish. What's most frustrating is being forced to pay for a service that destroyed my clothing. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge others to stay away from this unaffiliated location.
