At Woshbox the staff were friendly, they had a small candy bowl which made me feel valued as a customer, and they seemed organized and dedicated to quality work. I loved their transparency of prices online and they had very competitive prices. For my first visit I took a few suit jackets and they were ready in a couple days and were perfectly cleaned and with their online system it was clearly communicated when they were clean. To make a long story short, my mom contacted them twice. She went back up there they told her that they would fix them not only did they not fix them they looked worse when she picked them back up and was told that she could not have her money back. I called first to double check the pricing and was told that everything was pretty much $2.99, which was amazing. I had a bad experience at a previous cleaners. I had less than 10 items and my total was over $60. This time, I know I had at least 20 items and it only cost me $55. You do have to pre-pay, which I had no problem with. I was told it will be ready in the next day before 5 PM. I returned the next day on Tuesday around 3:50 PM to pick up the items. There wasn't a huge line. While in the store, everything looked good except one of my ties, which was blue. It had yellow stains on it. I brought it up to the employee and the cleaner admitted to making the mistake. They did settle with me by looking up the tie online. I got $25, which I'll use to get a replacement one. This process was simple and easy. I did notice that my crème colored overcoat had red lint on it, presumably from my red peacoat that I also got cleaned. When I got home, I inspected the items and found that my north face jacket was still dirty. That jacket and several other of my blazers/coats either still had stains or were very linty! A good portion of the items had wrinkles in them as well. My white blazer and crème north face were two items that were not very clean. My ties did get clean tho! I wish I had taken a before picture as they were really dirty. Overall, it was an okay experience. They're so busy and have so many customers, I expected more, honestly. Yes, the items are cleaner than I brought in, but I just don't feel this is the standard for dry cleaning. Maybe I'd return. I'm not sure. I'm really looking for a good dry cleaner that isn't going to charge an arm and a leg.

I just moved to Winston and needed a dress dry cleaned to wear going out one night. Had no clue…read morewhere to go so I read reviews on this place and decided to take a chance with my dress and a couple T-shirt's with stains and some ugh boots cleaned. Idk about the other locations, but the one on South main is the worst!!!! I wish I could give this place NO stars. I picked up my dress the day I was gonna wear it out, got home and got ready to put it on when I noticed a NEW stain on the dress!! I was so angry because it was so noticeable and I couldn't get it out when I had planned on that dress and a fun night when I had to scramble to find a plan B. I decided to just take it elsewhere to be cleaned. They called me a week later to lmk that my ugh boots were ready, (they charge $30 to clean them) ummmm, it didn't even look like they touched them! I said something about it and they said they didn't want to go too far down in the suede so that's all they could do. I didn't accept that and gave them the ok to try again because I wasn't going to pay that much for nothing. So then a couple weeks later when I open the bag of my clothes to wear one of the shirts, it STILL had the red stains on them! I took them back to complain and the lady just kept saying it wasn't her fault, that she just worked behind the counter. Ok, idc who's fault it is, let's make it right. I mean c'mon, so she said she'd get it taken care of. Came back when they called (uggs we're fine) but the stains on the yellow shirts have bleached out marks from them attempting to get the red out. I brought this to their attention and all they said was that red was the hardest to come out and that's why they didn't want to bleach it out the first time. Ok, soooooo, you weren't gonna tell me that?? I never got compensated for any of this which was all close to $100. Worst customer service, cleaners ever!!!! I will never go back. Dont spend/lose your money at this terrible place.
