You'll know how much in advance and can prepare for an amount instead of being surprised in the end. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking but park to the left of the lot close to the store since Mykonos takes up a lot of space with their customers. There are a lot of stop bumps in the lot for various spaces so you may have to make a complete circle to get out. A friend recommended this for dry cleaning - I brought 3 dresses (1 casual, 1 long bridesmaid dress, & 1 wedding attendee short dress). The signage says ANY GARMENT $2.49. The woman said I had 2 "prom dresses" that would cost over $8 each to dry clean. I was confused by this, as the store sign says ANY garment is $2.49. I argued about the short wedding guest dress and she asked someone else about it - they changed their mind and said they would charge $2.49. I took the long bridesmaid dress home because I didn't want to pay over $8. Their location is not super convenient for me, and their signage is false advertising, so I am going to look somewhere else next time. read more

The staff here are so friendly and absolutely amazing! I had a stain on a blazer and used other products to remove the stain but failed. They were able to remove the stain and keep my blazer looking new. I thought that I ruined it. I will never go to any other dry cleaners again! Great people, great price, great product! This is by far the worst dry cleaners I've encountered!!! I visited this place had some jackets cleaned and they were damaged and the owner will not replace I waited on him to make a decision on what he would do with 2 jackets they messed up totaling $290 so he states I'll give u $80 are you serious I already replaced one jacket that cost me an additional $149 and all he was willing to do was $80 for both! While picking up up my current $309 dry cleaning bill mind you I broke a record of the most spent on dry cleaning he looked at me and said all he would do was $80 this is bad business and I will never return here and if y'all are smart you would take your money and clothes elsewhere also!!! read more

I take several items to this shop, and am amazed at how they are able to restore all of my clothes to the quality I initially purchased them at! I get about 12 of my husbands shirts done about once or twice a month and they always do a great job. Come back cleaned and pressed very nicely in an organized fashion. They always count the items in front of me when I drop off and pick up so I am assured I get everything back, not once have they misplaced any of my items or had to redo anything. The owner, Doug, is very friendly and always answers any questions I have as well as his great hardworking staff. The prices are great especially compared to the other cleaners in the area. I think as another reviewer pointed out it should be obvious that a formal gown or something outside of normal wear would have a different price than the 2.50 advertised. With that said things such as wedding dresses, sheet sets, blankets, and the like are all still extremely reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new cleaners. read more

As a new customer I thought price was excellent & I received my grandmother's coat back in great shape. However, the customer service was very poor during the time I dropped the coat off and came back to pick it up. The gentleman rushed through the process of taking the coat and did not show any interest in even greeting me. I never received a phone call when the coat was finished, leaving me to come back when I assumed it was ready. Since I am a new customer, I was unaware and not told that I needed to provide my receipt and then was scolded and treated as if I was a criminal who wanted to steal a coat when I did not have it on me. All I had to do was provide the information (last name/phone number) that was on the receipt so I don't understand why they made it such an out of proportion ordeal that I didn't have my receipt. Maybe they were busy/stressed but that is still never a way to treat a customer. The coat was definitely handled with care and my grandmother loved the clean and new feel of it but I would definitely work on their customer service there. read more
