Their cleaning was great, everything came out looking fresh. No buttons popped off or anything like that. Slightly less impressed with their ability to press clothes. For some reason the pressed my pant hem inside out... creating a weird cuff. Yes it has been not-so-professionally hemmed, so there are 2 hem lines if you turn it out and look closely, but why in the world would I want it pressed like that?? (See image) Price was a little on the higher end, especially for dress shirts. All of their prices are online, so it's very transparent, and you're definitely paying for the convenience of a quick turnaround and the reputation of a bigger, known brand. If you have multiple dress shirts to clean each week for work, I'd definitely find a local place with better deals on those.

I walked in and greeted the lady at the counter. She didn't greet me back and looked pre-annoyed by my presence. I had both items in garment bags, quite heavy, in my arms but she stared blankly. I laid them on the counter while she continued to stare. I said that I wanted to see about having them cleaned there and informed one was a wedding dress and the other was the custom dress with special fabric. She never looked at the items but said the wedding dress would stay at $450 and 6 weeks but she couldn't say for the other. Her boss was out of town and would be back Monday if I wanted to speak to her about it. Still, never even looked at either item. I took my dresses back and didn't go back to this business.

The owner, a older Asian female, looked over the pants with me and marked the stains. When I picked up the dry cleaning it was wrapped as usual with the other items I dropped off. There was a card attached to it stating they could not remove the food stain; I was okay with that. The issue is when I went to wear the pants I noticed a large bleach type stain that wasn't there before. I called the dry cleaners immediately and described the issue over the phone and I was told there was nothing they could do as they don't make mistakes; non-the-less I asked if I could bring them in for a look and she said ok. When I brought the khakis in I was met by an older Asian gentleman who immediately became defensive before listening to what I had to say. They had obviously spoke about me prior to this. He starting telling me that it was not possible for this to happen because they do not make mistakes. I never asked for a refund but he kept telling me they cannot prove they are at fault so they won't give a refund to pay for the pants; I WASN'T ASKING FOR A REFUND! I told them this 7 times after each time they said they could not give a refund. I just wanted to know how it happened and if they could fix it. To make things even worse they began parading employees in front of me in an attempt to say that I made the stain. Each employee was obviously unaware and just gave answers they thought the owners wanted to hear. None of the answers even matched what the owners said; I was berated by the owners when I brought that fact up. I left having been told that they do not use chemicals that could stain pants, they do not make these kinds of mistakes, and they only call customers when they see new small stains not big stains on garments brought in. I've never been so mistreated nor had my integrity challenged more in my life then on this day. I spoke to a customer on the way out and he said there's a reason why they are the lowest price in town. I could go on but you get the point. NOT SATISFIED. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OUTSIDE OF THE MEET AND GREET OR GENERAL INTERACTIONS OF DROP OF AN PICK UP.

It was centrally-located, clean, staffed with busy but friendly and helpful people, offered great machines and clearly, printed signs with information. You must first purchase a $1 reusable/reloadable Royal credit/debit card (using cash or credit). It works only on their clean, neat, late-model washers and dryers. The staff member who greeted me first was named Brie and was especially helpful -- checking on my progress and offering to help, if necessary, a couple of times. I came in on a weekday morning to use their triple loader to wash a king size comforter that I refused to pay the dry cleaners $30+ to wash for me. The interior is a bit worn and showing it's age but was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I was a bit lost and in need of some direction in operating the washing machine and a lovely woman was more than happy to help. She even added the bleach for me at the correct time. It was only $3.50 to wash! The dryer was cheap too, can't remember how much now. I will definitely return the next time I need a triple loader!

The Rumors are True!…read more Before I came here I checked the reviews and it stated that the prices were the best in GBoro and that the people working here are super nice and helpful; all checks out. The biggest washer was 6.50 and the lady working there was nice enough to let me know I didn't need the biggest one for the amount of laundry I had because the machine could handle more than expected. She also helped me with the coin exchange machine and the dryers without me asking because she noticed it was my first time and I was having trouble. I absolutely would recommend this laundromat just make sure you bring those quarters! (although all of my dollars made it through the machine!)
