They launder a french cuff shirt just fine by reinforcing the collar and buttoning up the cuff so it keeps good shape. Unfortunately, dry-cleaning does not go so well. I dropped off three suits of equal age for dry-cleaning and one came back with a quarter sized hole on the back of each sleeve (pictures posted complete with cleaning tags still attached). The owner wasn't present when I pointed out the damage so he called me later to discuss the issue. As a traveling business consultant, I would never wear a suit with holes in the sleeves at the client site and wouldn't make it 15 minutes without being sent home to change should I not notice when dressing myself in the morning. This is why I am 100% confident there were no holes in the jacket when I dropped it off for cleaning. Sadly, my jacket was irreparably damaged and the suit made unwearable while in the possession of Mr. McPherson and Plaza Dry Cleaners. To make matters worse, Mr. McPherson did not take responsibility for the damage to the jacket, offered neither compensation for the cost of the jacket nor cleaning services, and was shockingly unreasonable and truly insulting to me over the phone. In summary, Mr. McPherson ruined an excellent 100% wool suit, made a profit off me, insulted me, and didn't lose a wink of sleep over it -- not someone I recommend doing business with. Fortunately, there are no less than four alternate cleaners (three in the same shopping center!) within a minute's drive if you're looking for a trustworthy, quality cleaner.

He shows me and all it says is "Last Wash is at 8pm". Never mind that their hours posted online and at the store say they close at 930pm. So after starting the dryer, I look up to see who owns the place and ask the employee about it. He goes "Ya that's her, call her it doesn't matter" So I find the owners info in their website, and reach out to her and told her how rude her employee treated me. She texted back "I'm sorry you thought my employee was rude to you"....He was rude, period! She then had the audacity to call me and accuse me of being confrontational in my texts to her. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Clearly the owner doesn't want to make any money, and doesn't practice good customer service or train her employees to have good customer service either. I've been in the service industry for 22 years. The customer isn't always right, but if someone needs help in an emergency situation, the right thing to do is try and help them, not hassle them. Bottom line, go somewhere else to do your laundry.
