They're all patient, skilled, and genuinely kind. I go in fairly often for tailoring and repairs, and they are always welcoming and willing to listen carefully while I figure out exactly what I want done. Today really stood out. I brought back a pair of pants that had been hemmed and looked great, but just didn't feel comfortable when I wore them. I was worried I was asking too much since I'd already been in a few times about these pants, but Ping couldn't have been more understanding. She insisted on letting them back out while I was there, even though it was near closing time. She also noticed a jacket I had and tightened the buttons on that too--again, on the spot. She was so kind, accommodating, and generous with her time, and she wouldn't even let me pay. That level of care and customer service is rare. Ping truly stands behind her work and wants her customers to be comfortable and happy. If you're looking for expert tailoring with exceptional service, Lee's Tailors is the place. I took my daughter's mermaid-style dress in to be altered because she wanted it to hug her body properly. They assured us they could do it. After two failed attempts, instead of being honest from the beginning and saying they couldn't achieve the look, they basically did what they felt was "good enough" and then told us there was nothing more they could do. We left unhappy and completely unsatisfied with the work. Money wasted. Businesses should not take advantage of people like that. Very disappointing experience.
