I had been going to Z-Koretizing for about 6 months and had dropped off a brand-new dress. When I went to pick up the dress, I was told it "came in with a bunch of stains that they tried to get out and they couldn't, and that I must've given the dress to someone before giving it to them." Additionally, this dress had a belt that was lost during cleaning. I took the dress home, and it had brown stains lining it. After calling again, they said they would never give a dress stain and that the best they could do was refund the money I paid to get the dress dry cleaned. They said they would call back on the next business day. It has been a month, and I have not received a call or any compensation for this dress. Safe to say I will not return.

If you don't use the app it's quarters only -- I don't know how typical that is for laundromats, but when the machine is six dollars to run, that takes a while. DO NOT go to Lee's Tailors!!! I took my brand new wedding dress (that I paid over $2,000 for) to…read moreget minor adjustments. I just needed the straps of the dress to be shorter and for the tulle/lace in the front to be replaced with fabric from the dress. First, they lost the replacement fabric I provided. Next, they cut the straps of the dress dramatically and changed the entire structure of the dress to an unwanted empire waist dress! After crying in the store from being groped (yes, groped) and gaslit by the rude staff, they promised to correct their mistake and for me to come back. After coming back two more times (each the dress straps were not adjusted as requested), they let out the bust of the dress. This was not requested at all and now my perfect dress is a complete disaster! The staff at Lee's Tailors managed to destroy not only the dress but the vision for my wedding. After going back and forth to them FIVE times, I managed to get my dress from them. Now, I have to either purchase a replacement dress or find another seamstress all before my wedding in three weeks!! I'm completely screwed and left scrambling! I would've been better off altering the dress myself.
