I've been to a handful of different laundry mats in my life and this is hands down one of the top ones that I have ever been to. I immediately noticed that it did not smell of stale laundry and water that most do. You know exactly what I am talking about. I was greeted by Dana, a very friendly and knowledgeable worker that could tell I was a little out of my element. She quickly started helping me and relocated my laundry to the smaller washers to help save some money and explained EVERYTHING to me. She walked through each step with me. She showed me how to get my laundry card to pay for the machines and how to reload my card. She showed me how the machines operate and which dispensers are for my liquid detergent or dry, etc. I mean she was detailed and very helpful. She was amazing. She clearly knew I was lost and did not make me feel stupid at all. The machines at this place are very updated and clean. When you get your load card to pay, you attach your phone number which allows you to receive a text to your phone when your load is complete from washing or drying. I had about 6 loads so it even gave you the washer number or dryer number. Super helpful!! If you are trying to find somewhere to do your laundry I highly recommend this place! I had been going to Z-Koretizing for about 6 months and had dropped off a brand-new dress. When I went to pick up the dress, I was told it "came in with a bunch of stains that they tried to get out and they couldn't, and that I must've given the dress to someone before giving it to them." Additionally, this dress had a belt that was lost during cleaning. I took the dress home, and it had brown stains lining it. After calling again, they said they would never give a dress stain and that the best they could do was refund the money I paid to get the dress dry cleaned. They said they would call back on the next business day. It has been a month, and I have not received a call or any compensation for this dress. Safe to say I will not return.

I decided to stop giving my business to this laundromat/cleaners for a couple of reasons. The…read morefirst time I dropped off some clothing items for dry cleaning (jeans, shorts) I was given a one-week turnaround time. There was no special care required for the jeans other than a request for laundry. It was not during any holiday or shutdown time. How ridiculous!!! Secondly, the laundromat is primarily frequented by minorities which is why I think the owner isn't concerned with repairing so many of the machines that have been unoperable for several months. After frequencing the facility for nearly a year and still seeing the same washers and dryers out of order, I inquired with the manager on duty as to why the machines weren't repaired timely which would speed up the wait time during peak hours? The woman became offensive and lied and stated that one washer cost $50,000 to repair. Now, we all know that is not true and most laundromat facilities rent the machines and there are service agreements in place for repairs. As well, I usually frequent the laundromat at night and the floors and machines are not always clean, despite staff being present but usually in the office with the door closed and on the phone on personal phone calls. The onsite manager was so offended by my timely repair question that she became unruly and unprofessional and then talked about my inquiry to a hispanic employee who decided to pick up the unprofessionalism and challenge me also. At the end of the day, my money matters and I choose to spend it where I receive good customer service and feel valued as a customer.
