He replied he was just getting her some water and would take her right out. The owner got involved and upset me because we said we'd take our business elsewhere. That set him off to the point I had to tell him to stop talking to me, to which he got even ruder and told me to "f*ck off." Terribly rude and unprofessional for a business. It was 96°. There was no notice the dog wasn't allowed inside. We said we'd take her right out. Why was it necessary to treat any customer that way? Why?
