I've had cleaners who lost shirts, didn't have things done when they said, etc. This guy is consistent. Pieces are ready when he says and they are don't well. I really don't know how prices compare, but they don't seem high to me and, in fact, one time when I brought in a large bundle he whipped out a coupon to share with me. I've had him do ladies clothing and bed comforters, but weekly it is men's shirt with light starch.

My husband volunteered to pick up my items (and yes I was a few days late), but I do work 60-70 hours a week. I am appalled! He was treated with such disdain and hostility, over $60 worth of cleaning. "You late!!you late" was the outcry. He was so insulted. Well, let us think about this for a minute. The economy is just coming back, from the Covid debaucle, and you are running off your customers. OMG really...I am a nurse in the area and will absolutely, make sure this business does not ever get my business,again, and I will make sure all the nursing staff,I am associated with,and work with, will know about how your customers are treated. This place is a little pricey than the other laundry I recently used ($4.50-12.50 for washers and .85 per 17 minutes for the dryer), but I think we are paying for service and not just convenience. They are open longer (6am-12am). The last wash is at 11am. They have super large washers and dryers so you need fewer machines. Everything works. The staff were seen stocking the refreshments machines and talking with customers. I saw a mixture of families as the elderly. They appear to have cameras and a security system. The hubby loves this pace so we will definitely be back until we move into the new house.

She replied that she was 8 years old. I then requested that an adult assist me with checking in my clothes instead of an 8-year-old child. When I returned today to pick up my clothes, I was immediately approached by the child's grandmother. She told me she did not appreciate me speaking to her granddaughter during my previous visit. I did not get her name, but she was extremely rude, confrontational, and aggressive throughout the interaction. Another employee assisted me, and I simply asked for my clothes so I could leave. As I was leaving, the older woman said, "Yeah, you better leave. I responded that I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because of the unprofessional customer service I had experienced. She replied, "Go ahead, my son owns this cleaners." I then told her that she needed to learn how to treat customers with respect. Her response was, Your mother. I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from a business. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable, and I was genuinely concerned that a child was handling customer transactions. Rather than addressing my concerns respectfully, the grandmother chose to argue and insult me. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. If customer service and professionalism are important to you, I would strongly encourage you to consider taking your business elsewhere.
