Tried calling to pick up my items before they closed because the traffic was going to make me get there right at closing and no one answered the phone 30 mins before they closed. I get there and see 2 woman taking in the lobby and they wouldn't let me in to get my items. Obviously they don't care about their customers to wait 3 minutes after closing to help. read more

Great customer service. I take all my dry cleaning here when I have clothes to be dry cleaned and they are always so friendly and remember you. Whether they actually do remember you I have no idea but they sure do act like it and that works for me! I probably go every two months or so. Their prices are definitely the best in the area by almost 50% and I've compared. All in all, their store is the nicest too and I'm happy with the quality of service. If I could give them a 0 I would!!!!! In November 2019 I took a black and white two piece outfit to be clean and when I went to pick it up it was totally messed up!!!!! It had bleed on both pieces!!!! The manager said that they were still working on it and to give them a few more days!!!! I came back a few days later and he told me that they couldn't fix it, he said you may want to take it back to the store where I bought it!!!! I tried telling him that I bought it from Catos awhile back and that I didn't think they would take it back because the time had relapse for return but I took it back that day and Catos said that if it was within the 60 days they would have given me a store credit, so I took it back to the cleaners ( Quality Cleaners) and he said I can give you the 9.00$ it would have cost you to clean it!!! So he pulled out 9.00$ out his wallet!!!! I left the suit there!!!!! The manager was supposed to called me about my outfit and every time I went in there he was never there!!!! The lady would try to call him and left messages that the lady is here for the outfit!!!!!! On January 14th 2020 I went there an pick up my outfit and I said I will take matters into my own hand, I posted on Facebook pictures of my outfit before and after and I'm writing this review and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB OF NC. I questioned where the 4th jacket was and their reply it had a stain on it that the other lady was cleaning when I return the next day the story changed to that we miscounted the jackets. I called my wife and she was not sure so I paid and left. Then I go home and a few days later I put on my relatively new shirt and you can see that they burnt a hole in the shirt. Again the LIES started from we were removing a stain to we could not burn your shirt. Either they are just THIEVES that try to overcharge customers or they are just incompetent cleaners that can not count to 4 jackets. Their only comment was - "That's why we make you sign the back of the ticket, we aren't responsible."
