It's real cheap. There is a reason for that. Brought in a white silk shirt that was just wrinkled. No stains. No spills. Have worn once. Got it back w a tag on it that said sorry we couldn't get these stains out. The shirt was completely discolored yellow and ruined. It looks like they just didn't use the right chemicals on the fabric. read more

Have been a patient patron for about 6 months. On 4 separate occasions they have ruined 3 of my wife's blouses with new snags and lost one of my dress shirts... gave it to another customer and did not followup. Only because I can't give it no stars. This is the second time in a row I had a problem. First time they ruined a pair of pants by washing them even though I specifically asked them to DRYCLEAN ONLY. Then today I goto pick up my suits that I needed today because of a flight TOMORROW AFTERNOON... and they tell me that one of them won't be ready until TOMORROW AFTER 5!... I need the suit before 5PM... why the delay I ask? Because apparently the suit jacket has a stain on it... a stain, mind you that I don't ever remember seeing EVER BEFORE! To top it off the owner refused to pay for the damage to my pants and is unreachable at either location nor did anyone even attempt to help me resolve either issue. Avoid this business at all cost. There's plenty of other more reliable, accountable and helpful options out there. read more

I took a color block designer dress, now I have a tie-dye mess. Unfortunately, this is not the first time they have ruined an item. Other times they have just failed to clean the item. I have seen them lose items and ruin pieces of other customers as well. Definitely time to move on. There is an equation where you can have something Good, Cheap and Quick, but only 2 out of the three. This place is Cheap and Quick, but definitely not Good. As an aside, they need to change their name: they charge $2.25 per item, not $1.50. read more

Oh really?! The cheapest and most convenient dry cleaner messed up your shirt? What a surprise. Dry clean city is so dirt cheap compared to Medlin Davis or Brother's. Yes, occasionally there are wrinkles sealed into my shirt by starch or something isn't impeccably cleaned, but I can send it through a second time for cheaper than taking it to Medlin Davis once. If you go here you will have a complaint from time to time but among ITB cleaners, it is the best option for the basics. On the other hand, I would not go here if I were a girl. If they mess up a button down shirt or slacks for me it usually just involves still being dirty or not pressed properly, but your dresses and blouses will most likely be destroyed. It will only cost you $2, though! read more

Great service; HOWEVER, they now charge a "3% environmental tax" which I can't find at any other dry cleaner. Can you say rip off and fraud? Added fees should be labeled as a "fee" or included in the price, not portrayed as a "tax", which implies that the gov't is charging this. read more

I've been going back and forth with them over a skirt that they "steamed" the pleats out of for almost a month! I contacted the Manager today and she tells me I need to go back to the store that I purchased the skirt from because they followed the cleaning instructions and it didn't work. Are you KIDDING me???!!!??? You ruined the garment not them so it's your responsibility! I proceed to request a call back from the owner within 24 hours and the manager says he's busy and that might not happen. If I ever told my clients that I would probably lose my job. The sad part of this story is my aunt had the same experience with them on Friday so I think that's the scam they use to avoid covering the costs associated with their carelessness. Safe to say they've lost a good customer!!!!! read more

Absolutely horrible! This placed used to be fantastic until new ownership took them over... in fact, they aren't even called Dry Clean City anymore, they are called Zoom! Just goes to show that their management isn't organized enough to change their name in Yelp. In the last three months of Zoom taking over, they have lost two pieces of clothing and stained my husband's very expensive, wedding day, white button-up. I mean really, I go to pick this shirt up and they added a stain that it never had. I gave it back and when I picked it up again, the stain the still there.. took them three times to get it out. I had a gorgeous blue sweater that went missing and it took me asking them if it was there.. their comment back, "oh yea, we wondered whose that was because we didn't tag it correctly". Last item to have recently gone missing...I'm still working to retrieve it and it has taken them well over a week to figure out what happened. At this point, if I don't get the item back, I can't even buy it again- it was a beautiful top from Anthropology. The worst is that I spent well over $100 on it and they are only offering me $40 because it's how they found it marked on Google... well no shit, someone in the world is trying to see it. You all are terrible, horrible, awful!! Bring Dry Clean City back! read more

I had a terrible experience with Zoom - the old Dry Clean City in Nov. 2018 - but after I went over the manager(who I hope has been let go because she was never there to manage) to the owners I got some action & got reimbursed for my jacket. They explained to me that they were new to the business & realizing many problems they had recently fired the main dry cleaner. They have since hired someone much more knowledgeable & things seem to be working better. Give them another try. read more

After previously visiting four local Dry Cleaners that could not meet my request, I brought in a very difficult to clean garment with an urgent 24- hour turnaround time. The Manager painstakingly accessed the request, provided excellent customer service and guaranteed a completed job by next day. Within approximately 12 hours, the garment looked as good as new and I was charged a very reasonable fee for the garment's spot cleaning, dry cleaning and expedited service. I wouldn't hesitate to bring both routine and short-notice garments back to this location. read more

I LOVE Dry Clean City!!! I have been coming to this location for over 10 years. The staff is friendly and ALWAYS extremely helpful. The drop off bag for frequent customers saves me lots of time and often the staff sees me parking my vehicle and has my laundry ready for me when I walk in the door.
