The items were all satisfactorily cleaned and pressed. Not the least expensive cleaners I've patronized but still affordable when considering the going rate for dry cleaning expenses. I love the extra care the staff takes with the clothing when hanging and pinning them for return to the customer. Had a very minor scare that one shirt was missing but the staff brought this to my attention promptly at pickup and worked together to locate the item within a couple minutes. I don't know what efforts were made, or if they were *accidentally* missed, but find it troublesome and typical that the business sent me home with a large bill and stained items without communication only to have me 'discover' them on my own. Even when I was polite and simply wanted to work toward a solution, she became very defensive instead of acknowledging that an alteration didn't turn out as expected. Sometimes alterations don't work the first time, and I would have appreciated hearing, "We tried, it didn't work--let's see how we can make it right." Instead, she seemed more focused on defending the original alteration, even when it clearly hadn't resolved the issue. I also had to return for redos because I found pins left in my clothes after alterations, which had never happened in my previous experiences there. It also seemed like there may be a communication gap between the person taking the measurements and the seamstress completing the work. It's disappointing because this was my trusted alteration shop for years, but after this experience, I won't be returning.
