Great location and parking. Very clean and professional foyer, which is important when you need to…read morespread out bedding and mark spots. More than reasonable turnaround time for large items I'd brought in, and courteous and helpful intake. Tried them this week, spending just under $100. Brought home our items, and when I got ready to dress the bed again, found that none of the water marks and stains on the bedding were removed in the slightest, meaning it looked as though they hadn't even attempted to remove them, and one cushion cover stain was only partially removed and left half-done. I don't know what efforts were made, or if they were *accidentally* missed, but find it troublesome and typical that the business sent me home with a large bill and stained items without communication only to have me 'discover' them on my own. Unprofessional. Not sure I will phone them about it, because of the hassle of bringing things back, and unfortunately this is the standard dry cleaner experience: costly, with lots of 'no guarantee' absolution. Disappointing.

My boyfriend's review. This is his experience with them yesterday: Beware of this place. I gave…read morethem a brand new tuxedo that I only wore once and when I got it back it was COVERED in white hair and there was a piece of the satin lapel that got snagged. When I brought it to her attention she gave me a lint roller and told me Merry Christmas and then she told me that they did not mess up the lapel. I tried to explain that it was brand new and only had been worn once. She started shouting at me that she didn't do that and excused me of doing it. I had brought in a second suit to have done that day and told her I wanted it back and she shouted at me that I hadn't paid and that she would call the cops (keep in mind I had just brought the suit in and NOTHING had been done with it yet). She kept repeating to me to get out so i walked back behind the counter and grabbed my suit and walked out. I will never return and I don't recommend this place to anyone. Note from me - there are way better places out there. Tide Dry cleaners to name one. Excellent service, clean and reasonably priced.

The staff here seem nice and welcoming. I had a few questions that were answered. The space is…read moreclean. Price point is aligned with other tailor shops in the area.

I had 5 jackets and 2 trousers altered here--3 odd (sports) jackets and 2 full suits (jackets and…read morepants). I had asked them to make a number of alterations to the suits and jackets for a better fit. I also asked them to pull the stitching on the suit pockets so I could use them and fix a snag in one of the odd jackets. They said this would be no problem and agreed to do all the work. The odd jackets came out fine as far as I can tell. No obvious errors in the alterations on the odd jackets or suit jackets. However, when I came in to pick up the jackets, I saw they hadn't fixed the snag and failed to open up the suit pockets. It's common for new suits to have the pockets sewn shut. A seamstress can rip these open and make them functional--it's not a difficult task for someone who knows what they're doing and shouldn't take long. But, they simply didn't do it as promised. After pointing this out, Ann sent the suit jacket, vest, and snagged odd jacket to the back to have them worked on. The odd jacket came back fixed, and the suit jacket with functional pockets. But, the vest pockets hadn't been touched. So, I had to send it back again reiterating the work we agreed on. Ann asked me "are you sure the vest pockets are real? We don't want to open them up if they're not real." Yes Ann, they're real--any seamstress can tell just by eyeballing it. The only major problem with the alterations was the pants for one of my suits. They damaged the fabric on the waist of one of my suit pants when letting it out, then didn't want to accept responsibility for the damage, implying that it might have been that way when the pants were originally made. No, they weren't damaged when I brought them in. This was a MTM suit I had made back in 2016, and worn exactly twice since then (It's spent most of its life hanging up in my closet due to me getting a bit too fat in the mid-section and not being able to fit into the pants, and not having an occasion to wear it until now). It looks like they were accidentally damaged when pulling the stitch to do the alteration. Hey, it happens to even the best of tailors, but the way to handle this is to fess up, own it, and try to make it right--not pretend it didn't happen or minimize it. They also left a bunch of loose threads when they were done instead of cleaning everything up. That's just sloppy workmanship. The pants are still wearable, but I'm disappointed by the damage since this suit is a bit sentimental to me (it was my wedding suit). Ann tried to shrug it off as not being very noticeable. To me, this is unacceptable. A simple apology and offer to make it right would have gone a long way. Instead, the shop engaged in juvenile face-saving behavior, which is unprofessional. This, coupled with the fact that I had to remind them multiple times to do other finishing details we had agreed on made for a disappointing experience. The suits are still wearable, the odd jackets did ultimately get finished correctly and fit well. Damage aside, I didn't get the level of customer service I was expecting (especially given the number of garments I brought them), and they didn't offer any sort of compensation for the damage. Lesson learned, I guess. I hate writing reviews like this, but I also don't like being treated poorly by businesses who are doing a lot of work for me and cashing the check regardless of the outcome.
