Just came in with a handful of items and the shop became very busy and they took their time with helping us and we did not feel rushed at all. We will continue to come back to Lee's for all of our tailoring needs. Thank you!

I sat down rather than stand in line, so one woman who came in with a dress to be altered took advantage of my momentary distraction and took my rightful turn and skipped me. I ended up waiting at least another 30 minutes (an hour total) to be given attention and she had major alterations that she wanted the same day and she didn't even have on the same undergarments that she was planning to wear. As you can imagine this made the woman pinning the garment for alterations at a disadvantage. She had to keep repinning the garment at the woman's whims. Her daughter along with her had a formal dress to be hemmed. But she didn't have the shoes she'd be wearing and the woman who had to mark up the dress for alterations had to go search for similarly heeled shoes that the woman described she'd be wearing so she could stand on top of them to have the dress prepared for alterations. Both mother and daughter wanted their clothes ready the same day within a few hours. So inconsiderate of the workers. And of the other customers. I will not be back. I am sorry that the tailors and other workers there have to tolerate these kinds of inconsiderate jerks.

If you're looking for a place to overcharge you for wet laundry, refuse to provide a full refund,…read moreand leave a young college student feeling taken advantage of, then this is the place for you. My college student recently had her washing machine break, leaving her with a load of wet clothing that urgently needed to be washed and dried. She took the laundry to Tide Cleaners Seaboard Station for their wash-and-fold service, trusting that her clothes would be handled properly. She understood that the service was $3.19 per pound and was prepared to pay the appropriate amount. When she went to pick up her laundry, she was shocked to discover a bill of nearly $175 for just one bin of clothing. We later learned that this location had charged her based on the weight of the laundry while it was still wet, rather than weighing the clothing dry. Because the laundry was saturated, the weight was significantly higher than it should have been. This was essentially all the money she had available, and she was understandably distraught. I advised her to return to the store and ask that the laundry be weighed dry. According to the weight on their own scale, at the advertised rate of $3.19 per pound, she had been overcharged by approximately $110. After multiple conversations and emails with the manager, Matt, and the owner, Tim, a partial refund was eventually issued. However, we were still overcharged nearly $60. What was even more disappointing was how the situation was handled. During one of my conversations with Matt, he rudely told me that she should have gone to a laundromat. I found this response completely unprofessional and inappropriate, particularly given that she was a young college student who had experienced an unexpected problem and was simply trying to get her laundry taken care of. He nearly hung up on me and has not responded to subsequent emails, even after the owner, Tim, responded and referred me back to Matt. The issue here is not simply the money. It is the lack of transparency, fairness, and willingness to take responsibility when an obvious problem was brought to their attention. Tide Cleaners Seaboard Station had an opportunity to make this right and chose not to fully do so. We will never use this location again. I'm sharing this experience in the hope that other customers -- especially students who may be dealing with an unexpected situation -- understand exactly how the charges may be handled and don't find themselves in the same position

They said I could get Wed, but texted on Tuesday everything was ready early. I have never had that happen. I was very impressed when I went to pickup and the quality of service was great. The price was more than I expected but I did not ask in advance so - I posted a new price list in the picture section.

I am still angry after two months to the point of being unable to stay composed so Yelp it is…read more I'm also sad to do this because I previously would have given five stars. In late summer I had arranged an order for pick up on my scheduled day and the driver came earlier in the week. Honest mistake, we cheerfully arranged again for that Friday. On Friday my order is never picked up. I call about it, the driver was out for surgery prep and apologetic (completely understandable) and he sent the sub to come back. He did. My items are missing in the system including a vintage handbag I requested be repaired and cleaned plus a pair of leather leggings that I wanted the OUTSIDE LEG SEAMS reinforced as I noticed they popped loose in a few spots. Not outright tears, but when a seam comes slightly loose right before it gives. These will both be important later. I call and ask; scanning didn't work. The manager asked me to list my items to ensure they have it correct. I give him all of it including reiterating the strap repair on the bag and the seam repair on the leggings. I get the blouses and leggings back immediately. The handbag is missing in their system. It comes back multiple weeks (!) later. It was cleaned, but there was obviously no strap repair made. This gives me pause as it's been too warm for leather pants so I pick them up and immediately see the loose spots in the outside leg seams. I call and leave an upset but civilized message. Nothing was done that I had personally discussed with a live person AND I had put notes in their system for each item!! I get called back on Monday (msg left Saturday) and the manager says he for some reason thought I wanted the hems reinforced and just I guess blocked out the purse repair entirely. He offers to make it right on the house. Naively I thought it would be so I said sure. Again my items were gone for a month. When they returned, the leggings are now worse than before and basically unwearable. I have no clue what they could have done because I was extended clear multiple times I wanted the OUTSIDE LEG SEAMS fixed. How hard is that? Like what is going on they can't manage this? The purse had a spot damaged that is now popping off that wasn't before I sent it, too. They did the strap though so that's something. They also couldn't be bothered to give me a head's up about delays due to needing "special needles" even though they advertise themselves as handling handbags. I can't ever conceive of picking Brothers over any other shop. They cannot even follow basic requests or instructions.
