I sat down rather than stand in line, so one woman who came in with a dress to be altered took advantage of my momentary distraction and took my rightful turn and skipped me. I ended up waiting at least another 30 minutes (an hour total) to be given attention and she had major alterations that she wanted the same day and she didn't even have on the same undergarments that she was planning to wear. As you can imagine this made the woman pinning the garment for alterations at a disadvantage. She had to keep repinning the garment at the woman's whims. Her daughter along with her had a formal dress to be hemmed. But she didn't have the shoes she'd be wearing and the woman who had to mark up the dress for alterations had to go search for similarly heeled shoes that the woman described she'd be wearing so she could stand on top of them to have the dress prepared for alterations. Both mother and daughter wanted their clothes ready the same day within a few hours. So inconsiderate of the workers. And of the other customers. I will not be back. I am sorry that the tailors and other workers there have to tolerate these kinds of inconsiderate jerks.

The items were all satisfactorily cleaned and pressed. Not the least expensive cleaners I've patronized but still affordable when considering the going rate for dry cleaning expenses. I love the extra care the staff takes with the clothing when hanging and pinning them for return to the customer. Had a very minor scare that one shirt was missing but the staff brought this to my attention promptly at pickup and worked together to locate the item within a couple minutes. When I received it, it still had an odor and markings. When I called, the person said dry cleaning does not remove odors and that I should spray it with perfume. I have always had odors removed with dry cleaning so I'm not sure what they actually cleaned if it still smelled and had markings.
