I love the extra care the staff takes with the clothing when hanging and pinning them for return to the customer. Had a very minor scare that one shirt was missing but the staff brought this to my attention promptly at pickup and worked together to locate the item within a couple minutes. They come through the neighborhood twice a week, but on occasion when we have needed items before our normal schedule date, they have been happy to oblige -I sent a pair of pants one time that had a seam out, they called and asked if I would like them to send them to their tailor before they returned them! This was awesome. -they do a great job! It's a family run business and when you call it's usually the owner that you talk to and they are super friendly.
