We took clothing for dry cleaning and requested no fragrance in cleaning solutions. All items came back with sickening chemicals that give our clothes a stench, aside from not knowing if these are forever chemicals. Contacted the store and no offer to refund or provide any explanation as to why our clothes were dirtied up by their process. Never recommending medlin davis again. read more

Sweater cleaning? Not at all they came back worse than when I took them there. I took them back to give them a chance to do the job better. Apparently not possible even after waiting a month and a half to get them back. The owner did not even have the decency to talk to me. I was told he watched a video from nearly 2 months earlier and determined that the sweaters went through their version of a correct process. I picked them up today. If possible they looked worse. SMH. I'll NEVER return. No regard for clothing or people. I'll post a picture if I can. No wonder they give so many coupons. They're either overpriced originally or they know that they don't do good work and hope customers will ignore it with a few dollars off. read more

Might be the WORST experience I've ever had with a cleaning service. I had a two piece suit (jacket and pants) as well as a blazer dry cleaned at the location on Preston Corners. I needed the items for a wedding the following weekend. After picking up the suit and blazer I just kept them in the plastic on the hangers to be transported directly to the wedding to be worn fresh from the cleaners. The suit and blazer stayed covered with the plastic on hangers until the moment I took them out to change. When I finally put the suit jacket on there were two "cuts" one on each sleeve through the outer fabric down to the liner. I wouldn't think that I need to check everything I get cleaned for damage when I pick them up but guess I learned my lesson here. The suit jacket is beyond repair. I took photos as soon as I noticed the damage and called the cleaners to report what I had found. It wasn't until the following week that I was able to bring the jacket back to the cleaners to have looked at and a resolution agreed upon for the damage.. The employee took the jacket and my name and number and reported that the owner would be in contact after they send the jacket to the factory. Here we are over a week later and I still had not heard anything from anyone.... I called back to the location off of high house road to figure out when I should expect any word. The conversation held with the female employee at this location was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. She was immediately annoyed when she realized who I was. When she informed me that the owner would be in touch once again and that "he has many roles within the company and it will have to be on his time," I merely stated that this is exactly what she told me last week and nothing had been done. Without going into full transcripts she progressively got more and more annoyed and resorted to basically yelling at me through the phone. I at one point asked for a number to speak with the owner or manager personally and she would not provide any additional office number. She ended the conversation by taking my information (address and email) not sure why, and stating that we have nothing else to talk about and hanging up the phone... At this point I called another location to try and find the number for their office which the employee happily told me. I called the office and spoke with Brett on who was at least a breath of fresh air in regards to his customer service. He listened to the complaint and informed me that they did indeed have my jacket but he had never seen anything like it and "there is nothing in our facility that could have caused the damage." Bottom line is this place was not only a waste of money but a headache to deal with. Hopefully if you use this place you never have any issues because it will be a major pain to resolve and you will be out of pocket for any damage they cause. I guess I should have just worn a dirty suit jacket to the wedding. At least I would still have a jacket... I would rate this 0/5 stars if possible and I would absolutely recommend you find legit any other cleaners for your clothing. read more

Selected Merlin-Davis Cleaners due to their high Google reviews. However, aside from doing a good job dry cleaning garments, I didn't sense or see anything exceptional. Perhaps rating would have been higher if the value was better. Paid over $40 for dry cleaning of three basic items. Enthusiasm and gratitude for my business from the worker I interacted with was average or slightly below. Great that the clothes are clean, but overall customer experience wasn't really remarkable. read more

I want to thank Fran for helping me with my wedding dress preservation. Entrusting such a sentimental and expensive piece into the hands of another can be stressful, but Fran worked with me to get my dress cleaned and beautifully preserved so that it will last for future generations...of course it'll probably be out of style by then, but a girl can hope! Absolutely worst experience! Doesn't even deserve 1 star!! Do not use this dry cleaner for comforters. Pretended to have good customer service but definitely not. After several trips when comforter wasn't ready and messed up I Was asked to meet the manager so she could remedy. She conveniently left before I got there! My comforter had banding that coordinated with my headboard. It was perfect They ruined it completely with no apologies or trying to make it right! My experience was terrible! read more

I was very disappointed in the price of this dry cleaners. I take my clothes for dry cleaning weekly but this was my first time using this dry cleaners. When I dropped off my clothes I was going to get the total and pay in advance but the lady who accepted my clothes said it would take her 45 minutes to make tickets for each item. At my regular cleaners in 10 seconds and they let me know the price. I thought this was odd but left my clothes anyway. I had 10 things to be dry cleaned(blouses, pants and two light sweaters/these items would have cost me under 25.00 at my regular cleaners). I only tried this cleaners b/c the location was convenient for me. I would not rec'd or ever use this dry cleaners again. read more
