I love the extra care the staff takes with the clothing when hanging and pinning them for return to the customer. Had a very minor scare that one shirt was missing but the staff brought this to my attention promptly at pickup and worked together to locate the item within a couple minutes. It took her a couple of fittings to get them right, but that was ok. I was very pleased with her work and just so thankful to her that she saved me from having to part with some special dresses or to have to sell them or give them away and that I paid a lot for and were special to me. They come through the neighborhood twice a week, but on occasion when we have needed items before our normal schedule date, they have been happy to oblige -I sent a pair of pants one time that had a seam out, they called and asked if I would like them to send them to their tailor before they returned them! This was awesome. -they do a great job! It's a family run business and when you call it's usually the owner that you talk to and they are super friendly.
