My washer and dryer at home aren't big enough for my quilts to fit so have to hit a nearby laundromat. I think I may have been here once before, but from now on it will be my go to place for the quilt washing. It's really well kept and there's a staff person available at all times to answer questions, help with change, or assist if need be. Plus there's TV's and lots of video games to keep anyone busy and ample seating. Good job!!

Decided to use this cleaners for the 1st time due to close proximity. Nice facility & everything looked clean. I dropped off 3 items so I'll update when I get them back. I was in & out quickly. She asked for my name, phone number, and when I needed the items picked up. She gave me a 2 day turn around which is OK with me. Also, I will get a text update when items are ready for pickup. I didn't notice a price list of how much items were to get dry cleaned so I had to ask. I would love a price list to take with me so I'll have an idea of the cost per item. I also think it's a little pricey or maybe I've been spoiled with cheaper prices elsewhere. Blazer: $5.35 Blouse: $6.25 Skirt: $6.36 **Update Pending Pickup**

Best system ever!! They have these in Houston. Glad to see the cards made it to the Carolinas!

This place is a 5 star laundromat! There is a staff attendant who is super helpful and nice. You walk in and there are several sizes of machines to choose from. Several different wash cycles to choose from as well. In order to use the machines, you must obtain a wash card. The fee is $1 exactly. If it don't have change, walk next door to the connected dry cleaners and they will be glad to help you! One you have your new card, you can then load money on it. Protect your card like cash because essentially it is cash! There is free wifi here, a play area for the kids, plenty of rolling baskets and don't be ashamed if you don't know how to use the machines. The staff attendance is super helpful! This location is right next to the Harris teeter. It's a good area. Nice and clean and quiet. If you are looking for a nice laundromat with working machines that isn't run down - THIS IS THE PLACE.

A ridiculous amount of dryers. I mean that in a good way!:)

Very clean machines and shop. Uses cards to run machines. Great employees and Harris Teeter next door with a Star Bucks.

Lee's Tailors

Lee's Tailors on Western Boulevard is hands-down the best tailoring experience I've had in Raleigh…read more Ping (the owner) is incredible, and Karen and Anna are both wonderful as well. They're all patient, skilled, and genuinely kind. I go in fairly often for tailoring and repairs, and they are always welcoming and willing to listen carefully while I figure out exactly what I want done. Today really stood out. I brought back a pair of pants that had been hemmed and looked great, but just didn't feel comfortable when I wore them. I was worried I was asking too much since I'd already been in a few times about these pants, but Ping couldn't have been more understanding. She insisted on letting them back out while I was there, even though it was near closing time. She also noticed a jacket I had and tightened the buttons on that too--again, on the spot. She was so kind, accommodating, and generous with her time, and she wouldn't even let me pay. That level of care and customer service is rare. Ping truly stands behind her work and wants her customers to be comfortable and happy. If you're looking for expert tailoring with exceptional service, Lee's Tailors is the place. I won't go anywhere else.

It wasn't just me. A young student was behind me. The man cut him off as he was explaining his order with a curt "last four digits of your phone number." The man obviously doesn't like the customers. The seamstress was a practicing doctor in her own country and has been tailoring since the 10th grade! Fair prices, I got dry cleaning for my jacket and pants with pants alterations for 40$.(for a small company and the attention they provided I think this price is very fair) Please Don't let the outside of the building drive you away from this business. The company used to be called Koretizing cleaners, but the seamstress (who I would stress was a practicing doctor and has been sewing since the 10th grade!) bought the company a few years back and made it her own. Her attention to detail and explanation of her process and how she would alter my suit was beyond any tailor I have been to. One thing I would recommend for the company though is that they get some doors instead of curtains, or curtains that fall to the ground. It would increase the customers sense of privacy.

There is a reason their prices are low...THEY SUCK!!! I took a $200, only-worn-once dress there to…read morebe cleaned, along with my comforter. They told me that the rhinestones on the dress "may pose a problem," but they "mostly thought it would be fine." I said ok, did not sign anything like a waiver, and crossed my fingers. What I did not expect was the fact that they would RUIN MY DRESS! When I went to pick it up, I was shocked to see that no, the rhinestones were not a problem, but the black coloring from the skirt had completely bled onto the cream-colored top of the dress. It looked like it had been dunked in water...like a freaking Easter egg! When I demanded the cost of the dress, as I could never wear it again, the Manager shrugged and said, "All we can do is give you 10 times what you paid to have it cleaned, which was TWO DOLLARS. Grand total I got back: $25. Oh, but let us not forget that when he gave me back my comforter, it still had the same stains on it as before I dropped it off. I asked if they even cleaned it. He smirked and said "Of course." He then tried to CHARGE ME the $19 for NOT cleaning the comforter. So...grand total I got back AFTER he took out the $19 for NOT cleaning the comforter...$5. When I asked where I could send a letter-like to the main offices of Dry Clean City, he said, "There is nothing we can do, and there is no place you can write to...this is it. Besides, it was the clothing manufacturer's fault...write them." When I incredulously asked, "How can it be THEIR fault, YOU cleaned it...??," again he shrugged and said, "It's not our fault, there's nothing we can do about it." This whole scene played out, by the way, with all 5 of the people who worked there staring me down, like it was the Old West, and this was a showdown. So, yeah, I am out $200, my beautiful dress, and my comforter still reeks, but THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. What is wrong with this picture?? PLEASE do not go there!! They apparently do not know what they are doing, and WHEN they ruin something, they will: A. Be completely unprofessional and unapologetic B. You will have no recourse, because apparently, they have no bosses, and their work ethic sucks. Thanks for listening :0/
