I sent her a photo of my dress and she was able to provide me an accurate estimate up front before booking for what I could expect the alterations to cost. And she was 100% accurate too with no hidden additional fees. She also never once suggested unnecessary alterations and even told me that my dress didn't need any hemming as long as I picked the right height shoe. Because I trusted her so much, after the wedding I asked her for suggested cleaners to get my dress professionally cleaned.
