The bathroom is just a disaster and in need of serious repair. The faucet sprayed you more than it did wash your hands. There was no paper towel dispenser or roll. After pulling out dress I noticed a huge very noticeable stain on back of dress; the peplum skirt around waist hid the obvious stain. I took it back with receipt. This time Abdul, took care of me promising he would take care of it. I waited a few days later and added a few more pieces to order. Unfortunately, though original stain was still there, not as obvious, he stated not to rip the dress he would not to rub any harder, or put on any more solution. Disappointed I took the white dress home. When I picked up the new order I was careful to examine clothing before leaving shop. I noticed ink stain/ on my khaki jacket. I immediately questioned and Abdul Agreed to redo. Even though I had to come back later on Monday, he and Ali did a awesome and through job of making my clothes look pretty, fresh and crisp and I was pleased. The prices are comparable and fair. I have not been to a laundry mat in many years, but the experience was very positive and I was able to quickly wash all of my big comforters!

Even though she knew I've had many suites dry cleaned there previously, she asked me to prepay. I told her I never had to before, why now? She gave me an unconvincing answer so I asked to speak with the owner, then she gave me my receipt, then she told me when it'll be ready, and not to come back before or after the specific date. So I made sure I did exactly that. On that day and time it wasn't ready and she couldn't tell me when it would be. I kept reminding her of what she told me about the specific time to come back. I waited another 40 minutes before my suite arrived. She had called security because she knew my suite still wasn't ready, although it had arrived. It had a tag on it stating it hadn't been creased and it hadn't. She she called security. not because I did anything wrong but because she had and assumed my response would match her incompetence and unprofessionalism. Instead, I payed for it and finally left. I hadn't realized the condition until I got home I felt her Latino disrespect for African Americans initially but I had no idea it wasn't just her. The staff member who finally brought my suite hadn't pressed it and the pants had a partial crease, on the side of the pants. The coat's lapel hadn't been creased either. The pictures will confirm everything. Such incompetence, unprofessionalism. and the lack of morals is no way to run a business. There was an ATM & change machine available. I really wish they were more modern offering the use of credit cards/debit cards or some sort of wash card instead of me having to use a million quarters. That's my only issue here. There's a snack and drink machine along with a few games to play if your little ones get bored. I recommend this laundromat.
