The dog was waiting in the car but he took her in to get a drink of water, as we'd done before. She sat quietly by the door with me while he went to fill her water bowl. It was 96°. She is a service dog but we didn't have her correct vest. She had broken the clip. A grumpy old man, the only customer in there, told him they didn't allow dogs. He replied he was just getting her some water and would take her right out. The grumpy old man decided to make a big deal of it and there were words because he's a vet with PTSD and had said he was taking her right back out. The owner got involved and upset me because we said we'd take our business elsewhere. That set him off to the point I had to tell him to stop talking to me, to which he got even ruder and told me to "f*ck off." Terribly rude and unprofessional for a business. It was 96°. There was no notice the dog wasn't allowed inside. We said we'd take her right out. Why was it necessary to treat any customer that way? Why? We will find another veteran-friendly laundromat that doesn't tell a woman to "f*ck off." That is never acceptable.

The bathroom is just a disaster and in need of serious repair. The faucet sprayed you more than it did wash your hands. There was no paper towel dispenser or roll. The toilet paper was being used to dry your hands with. I'm not fully expecting a high class joint, but I mean this place could use a serious make over.

When in use I notice it did not produce any suds in the washer and believed my clothes were not being washed well. When I brought this to the attention of the attendant he suggested I did not add detergent, then asked did I come to have my clothes washed or to see suds in the washer. He offered to add an off brand detergent that I refused because it was not the same detergent my customer requested for laundry. When I asked about using another machine at their expense ($8.25) they refused. I explained that I patronize the business and spent a lot to money there and would appreciate the accommodation. When he refused I asked that they at least look at the machine to ensure others didn't experience the same thing. He said nothing was wrong with washer. I will not patronize this establishment again because I thought they could have accommodated my request. Customer service was not good. I told the attendant I would not return and would encourage anyone I knew to go elsewhere.
