She was rude and condescending. I needed some of these clothes cleaned ASAP before heading out of town in a few days so I still handed over my items.... I pointed out two stains on a white blouse - a small blank ink stain and some tan makeup on the neck. When I returned the stains were still there.... unfortunately I had to leave town for an interview that day and couldn't wear the shirt. When I got back to Chapel Hill, I took my shirt to the Perfect Image Cleaners on Farrington road and... voilà the stains disappeared! Sadly, my items were not appropriately cleaned here.
