EV Laundry has exactly what busy college students or families need when it comes to laundry…read moreservices: - They drop off a bag for you to put your dirty laundry. - They pick up the full bag weekly and drop it off two days later. - The closes are meticulously folded, grouped, and wrapped. - Dress clothes are hung up on hangers and kept separate. They use dye-free, hypoallergenic detergent, and they use a dryer ball instead of a dryer sheet, so no harmful chemicals there either. The service is fantastic all around, no hassle at all, couldn't be easier. I highly recommend it. Pro-tip: They have larger bags for marginally higher cost if you're a high-volume laundry factory like my home :)

The woman behind the counter said multiple times that she "knew" I had left, and why else would it have been voiced? How the hell do I know?!! She did not ever, once, just say someone made a mistake and they will figure it out. After about 30 minutes of looking she presented me with my dress with no explanation and a very curt "sorry for the confusion" This place is so terrible. Stay away. She tried to make me feel like I was crazy and did not remember changing my mind about getting my dress cleaned. It was beyond ridiculous and the poorest way to treat a customer.

Overall: expensive relative to nearby cleaners, negligent with your clothes, poor customer service,…read morelacks business integrity, outsources cleaning, no same-day or 24 hour turnaround I've used this cleaner for both dry cleaning and laundering on two different occasions. They launder a french cuff shirt just fine by reinforcing the collar and buttoning up the cuff so it keeps good shape. Unfortunately, dry-cleaning does not go so well. I dropped off three suits of equal age for dry-cleaning and one came back with a quarter sized hole on the back of each sleeve (pictures posted complete with cleaning tags still attached). The owner wasn't present when I pointed out the damage so he called me later to discuss the issue. As a traveling business consultant, I would never wear a suit with holes in the sleeves at the client site and wouldn't make it 15 minutes without being sent home to change should I not notice when dressing myself in the morning. This is why I am 100% confident there were no holes in the jacket when I dropped it off for cleaning. Sadly, my jacket was irreparably damaged and the suit made unwearable while in the possession of Mr. McPherson and Plaza Dry Cleaners. To make matters worse, Mr. McPherson did not take responsibility for the damage to the jacket, offered neither compensation for the cost of the jacket nor cleaning services, and was shockingly unreasonable and truly insulting to me over the phone. In summary, Mr. McPherson ruined an excellent 100% wool suit, made a profit off me, insulted me, and didn't lose a wink of sleep over it -- not someone I recommend doing business with. DO NOT DO YOUR LAUNDRY HERE!…read more I came in to this place around 830pm tonight to dry some of my clothes because my dryer at home stopped working. Upon entering, the guy working there immediately started to harras me about the time. I calmly and politely explained my situation. He then goes "well, I'll let you do it, but we normally don't let people wash/dry their clothes past 8pm" I told him "not to be smart but where is that posted?" He shows me and all it says is "Last Wash is at 8pm". Never mind that their hours posted online and at the store say they close at 930pm. So after starting the dryer, I look up to see who owns the place and ask the employee about it. He goes "Ya that's her, call her it doesn't matter" So I find the owners info in their website, and reach out to her and told her how rude her employee treated me. She texted back "I'm sorry you thought my employee was rude to you"....He was rude, period! She then had the audacity to call me and accuse me of being confrontational in my texts to her. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Clearly the owner doesn't want to make any money, and doesn't practice good customer service or train her employees to have good customer service either. I've been in the service industry for 22 years. The customer isn't always right, but if someone needs help in an emergency situation, the right thing to do is try and help them, not hassle them. Bottom line, go somewhere else to do your laundry.
