They would redo it the first few times and it was a pain to keeping going back and forth even not being able to wear my outfit due to me coming home and having that awful smell. If you don't use the app it's quarters only -- I don't know how typical that is for laundromats, but when the machine is six dollars to run, that takes a while. The company used to be called Koretizing cleaners, but the seamstress (who I would stress was a practicing doctor and has been sewing since the 10th grade!) bought the company a few years back and made it her own. Her attention to detail and explanation of her process and how she would alter my suit was beyond any tailor I have been to.
