I made this appointment on April 24th. The day of, I get a missed call at 8am then a voice mail at 8:48 am asking me to call him back . I call at 9:40am and get told -sorry we got told that we are on to Durham can you reschedule for Monday or Tues? On a 11am- 1pm appointment!! Ridiculous. I don't blame the driver he's just doing what he's told to do and basically expressed the same to me during our call. I call customer service to complain (they were very nice) and they say the owner will call and talk to me. The owner calls ( from Indiana) and talks over me to explain that they do jobs in the order the come and talks over me some more before he hangs up on me. 1minute after he hangs up on me my appointment gets cancelled via email at 9:53 ( right before they were scheduled.) I didn't cancel. I got hung up on . What a complete joke . Ask yourself a question, do you want to do business with someone who has no resolution skills and hangs up on his customers? I am telling anyone who will listen about my terrible experience. Be advised the owner is flagging and having negative reviews on Google removed to cover up this disaster. Unfortunately Google gives wide latitude to owners to flag just about anything.
