This UPS Store on Battleground is on a bustling street and sees a lot of traffic. Despite that, they keep up well. I am always greeted with a smile, and they get the customers in and out fairly quickly. They also keep the store clean and organized. Today, I went to get a document notarized and was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy that process was. I feel like it was $10 well spent. read more

Amazing customer service. The store was packed with people returning unwanted gifts. The team were smiling, greeting everyone with a smile. So nice when, you're like me, and are completely out of your element. They talked me through each step, without dumbing it down for me. The also accept AARP, which was nice. But the price, even before my discount was very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

Came in to return an Amazon package. They did everything. Pack and put the return label. All we had to do is show the Amazon return barcode. We're the only customers, so we're out of there in a couple of minutes. The location's very convenient. We were greeted as soon as we entered. What a HORRIBLE experience at this location. Typically, Peyton is there and he is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. Today, he was not in, and I was left with lackluster service. Ahjannay, is rude, condescending, and does not know how to deal with individuals in the public. First of all, she tried to charge me $30 for a small shipping box. When I told her that was highway robbery, she had the audacity to sassily respond "LOOK AT IT YOURSELF!" She made that statement in a totally condescending, and smart-alec, manner. I let her know that her tone was rude and condescending, as well as the action of shoving the price chart in my face. She once again snidely replied, this time stating, "that's NOT how you pronounce my name, IT IS "AH-JA-NAY." She pronounced it syllable by syllable. That really had me heated. I let her know that was rude as well, and responded, "my name is DOCTOR JOHN SMITH DDS, and hopefully one day you will attain the educational level that I achieved, since you are so brilliant." Keshira, a kind and pleasant associate at the store finally broke the tension, and said, "hey, we can all be kind and let that stuff go." Keshira was a breath of fresh air in the situation, and I applaud her for seeing how Ahjannay was irritating the customer. Because of Ahjannay's ABYSMAL, DESPICABLE, and DOWN RIGHT TERRIBLE ATTITUDE and CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, I will NOT be renewing my box with the UPS Store. Any business that supports this type of treatment of customers, is not a business that I will patronize. Great job Ahjannay, you lost the UPS Store a 5+ year customer, as I rent boxes all over the country for several businesses. read more

What a horrible, horrible store! I usually go to FedEx Kinkos for copies but was in a hurry and this was on my way (BIG mistake!). I needed to print 3 B/W copies from a flash drive. Upon entering the (very dingy, dark, and musty) store, I couldn't find a self-serve copier so I told the guy (coughing profusely and obviously contagious!) I needed to print a file from the stick. This would be 30 cents at FedEx. He grabbed the stick, stuck it in the computer, hit print and 1 minute later I had my copies, BUT FOR 3 DOLLARS! OMG! I just stood and looked at him dumbfounded. So a 10 fold markup just for picking the WRONG store! Never again. FedEx, you are my new heroes. I shant stray again. read more

I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this store. Becky was very friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions and told me things that I didn't know about UPS Stores. I didn't know that they also ship using USPS with the USPS rates. The only thing I was unable to get was stamps--not because they don't sell them; they were out. read more

UPS is not UPS!! I just had an experience that may catch a lot of people, like myself, by surprise... I was sending a larger box back and took it to the Battleground location. The very nice and polite gentleman took the dimensions of the box and quoted a price of $160... needless to say, it caught me by surprise... he confirmed the price a couple times... so I walked out with my package. The next day, I walked in with the account number of the company I received the package from and was told that they are a franchise and you could only use account numbers at corporate offices such as the one at 3000 Executive Drive... despite that location being totally out of my way, I took the time. A very nice lady took my package and as I was filling out the form she weighed my box and gave me an estimate of $70... needless to say, I was shocked how the price from one UPS location to another can be so drastically different. Her response... The UPS Store on Battleground, just like many others, is a franchise and they can dictate their own prices!!! One would think that UPS is UPS and you'd get very similar if not the same pricing... just like a McDonalds, Burger King or any other franchise but that is not the case with a UPS franchise!! If you have the time and you can drive a couple miles out of your way to a corporate owned UPS, it can be well worth the $$... I saved $90!! I'm all about supporting local businesses but a $90 difference between a UPS franchise and UPS corporate??? read more

They shipped my package to the Return address. Had a pre-paid business sticker on it trying to get it out quick. One address was out of state the other was a Greensboro Address. Which one those cities would you have chose to mail it to. mmmmm. won't be back. read more
