    Ugh, I'm so mad at *myself*, because I meant to do "the survey for Fedex" in, you know, the time…read morethat you're supposed to do these things... But life gets away from you, and you don't do that... So that survey expired. I hope FedEx reads this... Bottom Line: Isis is a *great* employee!!!!! At any rate, Isis at this Fedex, was a dream. She was a perfect employee. She was absolutely hospitable, helpful, kind. I live in Connecticut, but was going to fly into Greensboro to stay with my sister for a period of time. I literally called this FedEx store ahead of time to get some thing printed before I flew into town... I called up the FedEx store, spoke to Isis, she was able to help me with everything right away. Completely knowledgeable. Completely kind, helpful. She took customer service to the next level. She was the best. When I flew into town, I called and emailed to connect about everything... They say it's all set. So then I show up at the time they say everything is ready... Everything is printed, completely beautifully!!! I had brought in a poster frame to put in the printed poster that they printed... It all fit perfectly beautifully... Everyone at this location was totally supportive, kind, professional... It was really great to work with all of them. Everything went completely smoothly from start to finish! They are a really great team. As well, while it's a bit pricey, the quality of the print--an 24 x 36 -- is SUBURB. Pricey, but, worth it. And Isis is GREAT.

I was there for 10 minutes in line in the wrong place to be told to go to the other line. The man told me he would be with me soon and proceeded to take care of all 5 people that were behind me in the other line before calling for someone. No one came so 20 minutes later he finally checks me out. The exit is barricaded because of high theft but they didn't seem to keep disabled patrons in mind. We have to walk or ride all the way around to a small turn to walk thru a small line to exit. Great perhaps for loss prevention but a nightmare for disabled patrons. This is the second location I've had this issue with the Amazon returns being marked in the incorrect spot and then having to walk around the displays to leave. They need to do better. Either stop taking amazon returns or don't put us at the bottom of the priority list to service. It shouldn't take a half hour to return one small item. I did speak to a supervisor and he told me that the barricade was because of 170K of theft annually and they were told that Amazon is the least priority customer. I appreciate his honesty but that really stinks to know your business isn't appreciated. Who's to say I didn't have a return and want to purchase something. I would have to go to two lines to accomplish that. Does that make any sense?

I would highly recommend you DO NOT go here but I understand everyone's experience will be different. First , I waited 15-20 minutes or be greeted then another 15-20 to be helped. While the guy was nice he was not sure what to do. I did over heard after the fact that he is new. He was in the phone with someone trying to fix a printer instead of taking care of us in person. When I did get to the counter he had great customer service but was clearly overwhelmed. I was the second customer. I had Avery labels (200) which for a small business is a lot. We did a test print and the print came out great. We printed the rest. As they're printing he charges me. After the fourth page the ink starts to go out which I will insert photos. 160 stickers / 16 pages of labels are ruined. I show them he apologizes and tells me I will be refunded for the print and merchandise. He takes my information and says he'll get back he doesn't know how to refund it he's new. I get an email the next date saying it is an assumed risk using my own paper I can come back and pay to have them repented again. No apology no solution just come back reprint and they might get it right this time. Assumed risk is not your printer spewing ink improperly and running my prints. I learned my lesson and will never go back and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go here either you will have a long wait and if they mess up they will just throw it on you and ask you to pay more. That's bad business in my book. I went to Office Depot with the same files and printed 200+ more stickers and they were perfect. (I'll do a separate review)
