I stumbled upon The Pack n Post on Google and figured I'd give it a shot. It was such an easy process, the staff was helpful, and there's a good variety of different knickknacks and snacks. I also loved they have a separate station to complete your packaging-tape, packing supplies, and pens. I'll definitely be using this again in the future!

I do a lot of online shopping, but sometimes I just need to get out of the office and into the Office Depot. I can spend hours (literally) browsing thru the calendars and keyboards and washi tape. Oh! Is that a 96 pack of Sharpies? Yes please! I even get practical stuff here like toner for the printer and that memory stick my kid needs for school. Wait, I need some canned air to get the pretzel salt out of my keyboard. College ruled paper by the pound. Replacement file folder tabs (where did I put the ones that came with the last box?) The staff is always readily available and willing to help, but they don't breathe down your neck or push items on you. I remember one time I went in there with a rough description of something I saw there once but had no idea how to describe it or even know exactly what its intended purpose was and the gentleman jumped online and started searching for things he thought it could be. Eventually we figured it out and found it in the store. My number one pick of color wasn't in stock and he offered to order it for me (which honestly takes all the fun out of impulse shopping... so I bought the pink one). I really enjoy this store... this location in particular as the staff has always been great (and by now they recognize me and know I pretty much can be left to my own devices and still walk out with a cart full of stuff). I have several choices all within the same distance range, and even tho I've scoped out the others, the selection and staff at this specific store just really floats my boat. SQUEE! We were told that because we didn't watch the entire packing process and watch them put on the labels, it's not their problem. As a designer, with some clients, I coordinate many projects within the renovations. Because the mason and landscaper were trying to coordinate around the sign being installed, I had to reach out to these folks to inquire about lead time, day of install, etc. I was put in touch with the owner whom was handling the job. She stated that she and her husband owned the business and for the first 3 minutes, seemed nice. For whatever reason, she quickly became annoyed.......and extremely rude, stating she had no idea why she was being bothered having to speak with me. I attempted to explain to her that I was the designer, the client was out of town, I did numerous commercial jobs and simply was trying to coordinate efforts with all sub contractors. The more we talked the ruder she became and even said "I didn't engage in this job with you" followed by telling me "I'm extremely busy, what is it you want?" After multiple attempts of explaining to her my involvement and that I work with many commercial companies, she had the audacity to say to me "I don't think we're the sign company for you!" I quickly told her that I agreed and would have the client and his secretary reach out to her from that point further. Rude, obnoxious, condescending, arrogant are just a few of the words I would use to describe this woman. I don't care if they were the only sign company left on earth, I would not use them nor recommend them to anyone. This woman might be the owner but her interaction with me told me that anyone using them would be subjected to her pathetic behavior! The sign ended up looking nice and the quality good but why would anyone want to have to deal with an arrogant person like this? I've since told two commercial clients, needing signage, about my experience and steered them away from the possibility of experiencing what I did. People buy from people.......not arrogant condescending business owners whom talk to people like this. Do not use these people. You run the risk of dealing with her. It's not worth it!
