Whenever I need menus for my events printed, I can usually come in with the file on a USB drive and they'll pop it in, print it on heavier stock paper, and get it cut within 5-10 minutes. This is even faster than the turnaround online, which I have also used, and is just as easy and reliable. I've also had some Canva projects get printed here, same deal, no issues. The last few times I have to say, the service has been even friendlier than before. In the past, I had no issues, but the person working was just more into getting their work done than being friendly. This is totally OK by me, ultimately, it's the work that is important... just a bonus that lately it has also been friendly. I most often use a local place called The Printery, but on rush projects, this is my spot and i'll continue to use it.

So store manager hire people who look like your clientele in Clemmons, not people from East Winston. I looked online and saw Ace carried the product and had it in stock so I placed the order online. After an hour or so I had not heard anything about being able to pick it up so I tried to call the store 19 times! I wish I was being sarcastic, but I am being literal. I got no answer any of the 19 calls, I called the corporate number to check on my order. They confirmed that the store was in fact OPEN, so there was no reason for them not to be answering. I was also ensured that my order was ready for pick up. I drove one hour to the location only to find out that the store closed at 1pm. Before I placed the order I checking google and their Facebook page to make sure they were open, which they were supposed to be. Apparently I was not the only one surprised by this because there were six other people that were attempting to enter the store while I was trying to understand this stupidity of this circumstance. I decided to call the corporate number to cancel my order and they were just as confused as be about them being closed. Apparently they also had no knowledge that one of their stores was closing early. They told me I should file a complaint. I typically would not complain about something like this because I understand that employees need time with their families for holidays, but to not make any update of this information in a location that a customer would look is completely ridiculous from a business point of view.
