Once all details were filled on their online portal I received an email to confirm. The confirmation email stated my items would be printed by 5:30pm. I was initially alarmed but received a text message within 10 mins of their opening time. They open at 8:30am. Calling as soon as they open may be a hit or miss due to it being such a high-volume time. I tried this! Lol. Likely better to stop in. I am pleased with the results of my copies and professionalism of the staff member working the printing services area this morning. I will surely plan ahead for other printing needs of course, but this was a successful project. I'd say the prices can vary depending on the paper quality, finishing requests, etc. I was seeking some binder options from other places but decided on this as a quick and value friendly option. My prints came in a nice color just as the files I forwarded. The upload process was simple and easy to follow. Got what I needed within a tight deadline. There appeared to be very low foot traffic at this time as well. I did not purchase any other items.

The rep I have currently assigned to me has given me information and made promises, and then proceeded to fail at fulfilling them. I let them know I was moving and my lease was up, and they had a pickup scheduled for over a week. They did not pick up the day of, they claimed they did not have the door code that was on the invoice, and when I alerted them midday, they did nothing to make sure it was removed. I will have to pay for additional lease time because of their lack of performance, and when I questioned the rep she told me I was throwing a tantrum. It is very frustrating, as I have referred multiple accounts to them for copier services. I do not like giving small businesses bad reviews, but this one is warranted.

I was there for 10 minutes in line in the wrong place to be told to go to the other line. The man told me he would be with me soon and proceeded to take care of all 5 people that were behind me in the other line before calling for someone. No one came so 20 minutes later he finally checks me out. The exit is barricaded because of high theft but they didn't seem to keep disabled patrons in mind. We have to walk or ride all the way around to a small turn to walk thru a small line to exit. Great perhaps for loss prevention but a nightmare for disabled patrons. This is the second location I've had this issue with the Amazon returns being marked in the incorrect spot and then having to walk around the displays to leave. They need to do better. Either stop taking amazon returns or don't put us at the bottom of the priority list to service. It shouldn't take a half hour to return one small item. I did speak to a supervisor and he told me that the barricade was because of 170K of theft annually and they were told that Amazon is the least priority customer. I appreciate his honesty but that really stinks to know your business isn't appreciated. Who's to say I didn't have a return and want to purchase something. I would have to go to two lines to accomplish that. Does that make any sense?
