I have both purchased computers and used their repair service. The most recent experience I had was with Lane at the Thomasville location. My computer failed to install an update halfway through the process and kept giving me a "stopcode" message. I dropped my computer off and explained my problem. Lane diagnosed the problem and installed the upgrade directly in the shop. The charge was nominal and he did not try to upsell me on a new computer. They were able to answer my questions about the timeline and cost and I left feeling prepared for any possible outcome to my situation. The workers were even patient when I forgot my password for an embarrassingly long amount of time. I was in and out in under 15 minutes, including turning over my computer and everything.
