Since February, we have been trying to get promotions added to our account that AT&T still refuse to acknowledge. We have recorded phone calls and screenshots of text messages of their employees admitting that they are purposely passing the buck, AT&T still refuses to do anything. My best advise GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!! Trust me, Dylan (who is supposedly the manager) will never call you back. When you ask for a Regional Manager, you'll be told that they don't have one. Store representatives lied to me. Told me only way to fix my problem was to call customer support. After spending an hour with customer support, all they could do is reference me to the North Main Store. Customer service even said this store was not a real AT&T store after looking at the representative that logged into my account. Don't waist your time or your accounts security going here. read more

1 hour to 45 minute wait for in house service unacceptable !! Might as well close all the stores and order online.

Best service I have seen in a AT&T store! Went in for some help not purchasing anything and the staff is extremely helpful and courteous.

I'm not going to lie.. I hate AT&T and I plan on buying out of my contract and never looking back ASAP. Despite that, I really like this location and I like the people who work there too. They're very understanding and I'm usually seen in a timely manner. I come here monthly to pay my phone bill, and I've never had a negative experience. Again, if you're reading this review to try and decide a good location, then stop by here. If you're reading this review to learn about a service.. Stay the hell away from AT&T.
