    Absolutely WORST store!!! Terrible experience, crappy customer service, this place is a joke…read more We went in one day to upgrade my phone. Joe helped us and he was super nice. Went in a few days later and purchased a charger, phone case, and screen protector WITH the protection plan. My charger didn't work from the get. Went back to the store to exchange it for a working charger and was told bc I didn't have my receipt they couldn't do anything AND Joe was no longer with the company. A young lady with a bad attitude, name starting with an A, told me to give her 48hrs to try to locate my receipt in their system. I gave "A" three days before I called up there and was told their system had been down. They've had no luck. Give them some more time and they'd call. The next week, still no word from anyone, so I popped back in. There, I was told "A" was no longer with the company (I can't even make this stuff up) manager, we'll call "P", said he'd personally be on it. Took my name and number down, STILL not replacing my damaged charger AND I needed a new screen protector put on due to a cracked screen. Nothing was done that day bc THEIR employees didn't put it into their system under my account?? Left very upset but tried to be patient and trust that "P" would make things right. After two days I tried to contact "P" bc he clearly forgot about me or hoped I'd go away. Went back up to the store at 10:30am to be told from a worker in the parking lot that they couldn't get into their building, "you'll have to come back". So I did later that afternoon. A different lady "helped" me as she made me wait for 20 min (there was no one else in the store) to tell me "P" was in a meeting. He never came out to help me. She handed me a new charger and screen protector and says, "P" ate this for you, just know if anything happens to these it's on you". Being a customer with AT&T for 10+ yrs and paying them more than enough money each month, you'd think things would have been handled differently. Absolutely disgusted. One star bc I had to.

    So end of last year, I decided to upgrade my Apple Watch so I went to my local store. I was greeted…read moreby the manager on duty and told him what I wanted. He immediately told me they were currently running a sale for BOGO on the Apple Watches and proceeded to tell me about them and the options he had available for me at the store. I picked two watching under the pretext that they were part of the BOGO sale. The man even told me how great of a sale it was at he was sad that he was single and didn't have someone else to give the second watch to. I went through with the sale and that was it. I usually just pay my bill online and kept it moving. I happen to actually look at my bill and realize I'm being charged for the second watch, I call AT&T and they tell me that the watches I picked were never part of that sale and since it's outside of the return window. There was nothing they could do. THANKS A LOT.
