We used this Internet company for a few years. For the most part the Internet wasn't bad. But we…read moregot a promo through AT&T so we decided to use them instead. The problem is when we canceled with Lumos, they said that you need to send your equipment in as soon as possible because that is when they would officially cancel the service and you would stop getting billed. We sent the equipment in the very next day, and they got it, but they forgot one little important detail, which was to take us off the auto pay. So we got charged for a service that was already canceled. I called them about it and the best they could do was to get a check in the mail to me in about two months. Two months! They took my money when they shouldn't have, and nobody had the initiative or apparently no one could do better than that, even though I called several times and spoke with supervisors. This happened in November, and they said that we would have the check sometime in February, and when we called them about it last they told us the check was mailed on February 3rd, and today is February 21st and we still have not received a check. Since when does it take three weeks plus to get something sent in the mail? These people are beyond ridiculous and their level of service is pretty awful, since they were completely at fault and did nothing to rectify it quickly, which is what is called for. Funny thing is, they send us a statement every month telling us that we have $115 credit. Isn't that nice? The check would be nicer, and people that actually care and do their job.

T Mobile ruined a decent service. They don't provide the speed they advertise. Can't get hold of…read moretechnical support. Now if you need to pay a bill over the phone they pick up right away. Simply terrible service on all fronts.
